place was awesome. Pool and hot tub was nice and clean. Host was very responsive and polite. Would highly recommend. Will definitely try to book again next year.

The only issue is that someone in the neighborhood had a drone. Not really something that could be avoided by Ricky though.

We enjoyed our stay at Ricky’s place! The check in process was easy and we had no chores at the end of our stay which was definitely a perk. It was clean, beautiful views, and the hot tub was great. A few minor things…there was no dresser for belongings, water pressure could be better, and one of the games wasn’t working. But overall, great stay!

A little slice of heaven right in between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg! Super accessible location while also feeling very private. The creek is beautiful and so clean. 10/10 would stay again.

We were booked in another cabin, arrived there and there was no ac it was 87° inside! Ricky and his cabin were just made available as we started looking for replacement cabins! Needless to say we were excited to book this amazing cabin! Its in a gated community so you feel more private. A little secluded from town but only a 6 minute drive away! Super clean and everything worked as it should! Thank you Ricky for making our sons 9th birthday a great weekend with family! We WILL be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin. Beautiful views, quiet, and peaceful. The children loved the pool and the hot tub was nice after a long day of hiking. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. Ricky was very attentive and response. Easiest check in and out ever. Great experience.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of this place. From the ceiling fans to the baseboards, EVERYTHING was spotless. The bedrooms were also impressive. The grandkids enjoyed their spacious room with 2 queen sized bunk beds. And for the adults, our bedrooms were also spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The game room and theatre rooms were a big hit for the grandkids, but my favorite thing was sitting on the screened porch and watching for wildlife early in the morning. At the end of the day, we would return to the porch to watch the sun set behind the silhouette of the mountains. We will definitely rent again if we return to this location.

Great stay!!!

Easy to get to with gps, easy entry and super easy check out. All the places I have stayed before have only provided 1 roll of toilet paper and maybe one trash bag I came prepared this time with my own and didn’t even need it. Had a fully equipped kitchen good amount of space, nice pool and lots of things to do in the club house. Would recommend staying to others we had a wonderful time

Nice location, really beautiful cabin with plenty of amenities. The host was super responsive and helpful. Our Roku box stopped working and he had someone replace it within an hour. Really exceptional response time.

Wonderful place for our church trip!! Nice to find a 4 bedroom with king beds in all suites. Had some last minute questions and Ricky was always available with a quick and courteous answer. We are praying our church will outgrow a 4 bedroom before the next trip but if we don't we would definitely stay again! Awesome place!!

The location and Cabin was fantastic and had a beautiful Mountain View!! The only thing I would say is bring a fan if you are planning on staying here it’s is extremely hot during the day. It was very clean and felt very homey! Would come back!

We had a great stay at Bears Eye View and wish we could have stayed longer! Everything was as described and the cabin had everything we needed. The location was great - you felt like you were in the mountains but still close enough to the action in Pigeon Forge. My daughter loved the lofted area, and we loved the hot tub after a busy day of visiting the sights. Ricky was always very quick to respond and very helpful. When we come back to the area, we will definitely look into staying at the cabin again!

We had one little problem. But it was not because of him. He very quickly took care of it. The place and view were absolutely perfect. The house was immaculate. The pool,jacuzzi, theater setup was extremely nice and exactly what whas described. When i return i will definitely be booking with him. Wonderful job Ricky👏

Great place to stay in. Few points that this place was missing. There are not closet space or anywhere to put your clothes in. Our clothes stayed in our luggage, which was a little disappointing. Closets were made as storage space. Upstairs where the kids area was. The blue slide was broken and it was hazardous for kids. The TV wasn’t working and the stools weren’t sturdy for the kids to sit on. I wish these small things were fixed. Otherwise, the place was wonderful.

We came for our 4th Jeep Invasion-with our 3 boys! They loved the pool table and mini golf! The location was secluded but also had very quick and easy access to the main strip and attractions! The host was very attentive and helpful when needed! We would stay here again! 😊

The rooms were all neatly organized and gave everyone their own comfortable space. The next time I plan a trip to this area Ricky's place will be the first I look for.

We had an amazing time during our stay, I was a little scared traveling up the mountains but other than that we really enjoyed ourselves. We seen many bears up close! Even a mama bear and her cubs, the condo was clean and comfortable for us!! Ricky was very friendly and he checked on us everyday

Ricky was a great Host. The cabin had a nice layout and everything you needed. Rooms had nice size bathrooms and the AC worked well on the really hot days. Plenty of hot water for showers and plenty of room to spread out and hang out in different areas of the cabin. Ricky stayed on top of making sure we were well taken care of. While they supply a specific amount of certain items, we also made sure to bring our own such as towels, paper towels and toilet paper and trash bags. Just some comforts from home. There is also a Family Dollar at the bottom of the mountain that was useful. Tubing was 8 minutes down the road. Gatlinburge and Pigeon Forge about 25 minutes but not complicated to find your way into town. Overall a great experience. Hope to book again in the future.

Ricky’s property was very well kept and in perfect condition. The pictures accurately depicted the interior and exterior. Location is great and only about 10 minutes from the GSM Gateway. Would definitely recommend for small family. My grand daughter had a blast in the play area.

We enjoyed our stay on Cougar Crossing. There were 5 adults and two children ages 2 and 4. The kids absolutely loved the bunk beds (the ladders can be removed). Everyone had their own room with bathroom. The TV room was great for the sports guys and the main tv for the kiddos. We used the outdoor pool once and it was very nice with hardly anyone there. Guys and kids used the putt putt course a couple of times (everything you need for this is foam and kept in the locked area going downstairs to the indoor pool). We stayed so busy that we only used the indoor pool once and the hot tub once. It is nice that it is there if it were to rain, but we had perfect weather at the right times. We felt the kids were safe with the two gates for the stairs. We had everything we needed in the kitchen (don’t forget to bring your own spices). The grill worked perfect for our steak and chicken night. Lastly, we left early in the morning and all we had to do was pack and leave. They do everything else.

Great spot! quite and close to the strip. If we needed anything it was just a few minutes up the road. Also the host Ricky was great! Coffee machine didn’t work, he had one on the porch that afternoon so my wife could have coffee in the morning! Fantastic!!

My family and I loved staying at this house! It was so exciting to arrive to. My children were in awe of the basement sleeping accommodations, the rock wall, karaoke, slide off the bunk bed. All of it added so much fun for them! The place was super clean! Abundance of towels, place was well stocked. So tastefully decorated! Every room had so much charm! The views are incredible, so peaceful to sit out and look at smoky mountains! We got to spot a couple of black bears! Ricky was constantly checking in making sure our stay was comfortable and we had everything we needed. I would love to stay again!

We decided to take a last minute trip to Pigeon Forge. I reached out to Ricky about his cabin. He responded in about two minutes. He was very helpful and answered all of our questions. We absolutely loved our stay at Scenic Escape. The cabin is exactly as described and as the pictures show and it’s only a short drive to all the local shops and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again.

We absolutely ADORED this Airbnb! My partner and I had to pivot from a planned trip due to poor weather and we booked this spot last minute, and it truly blew us out of the water. The view, the hot tub, the game room upstairs! We had so much fun. It’s also fairly close to the main strip in pigeon forge so we had no problem getting around.

This property is surrounded by pure beauty more. The first day there we were able to see a bear so that was really rewarding. My only concern was when I checked in, a banana was on on top of the fridge;that’s the only reason I gave you 4 stars. Other than that, it was a great experience for me and my family, as we have never been to Tennessee.

We absolutely loved our time spent in Tennessee! This cabin was ideal for our family of five. We loved spending time playing pool, the arcade game and definitely utilized the hot tub!! We also enjoyed time at the nearby pool. The location was beautiful and this cabin has breathtaking views. Ricky was very responsive (often times within minutes!) We would definitely stay here again if we return to Tennessee.

We had a great stay! The cabin was very clean and well maintained, and the pool was definitely one of the highlights for our group. The host was extremely responsive and did everything they could to accommodate us. They even reached out during our stay just to make sure everything was going well, which we really appreciated. The location was beautiful, and getting to see bears nearby made the Smoky Mountain experience even more memorable. 🐻 Another big plus was that there wasn’t a long list of cleaning chores to do before leaving, which made checkout much easier and more relaxing. Ricky was able to accommodate us VERY last minute as our original host cancelled on us unexpectedly the evening before check in. The cabin looked as pictured and was spotless! Check in instructions were thorough which made our arrival a breeze. There was an issue with the shower in one of the bathrooms and when I contacted Ricky he sent someone to check right away. Ultimately it was an “operator error” aka a “me problem” so nothing needed fixed or replaced. Nonetheless he addressed the concerned in a timely manner. Check out was also easy as there were no “chores” to complete. I would have liked the hot tub to be a little warmer but that would deter me from booking here again! Thank you Ricky!

We loved having 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms , perfect for separate families staying together. The game room and indoor pool gave us plenty to do on site , and the community pool (down the road) was so nice, right next to a waterfall. Putt putt was great and putters/balls were provided in the cabin. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms were very nice as well. Host was very friendly and responsive.

The host communicates proactively and clearly with easy check in and out. The location in between pigeon forge and Gatlinburg makes access to all the fun activities easy. The house is private but not secluded and the stream behind the house adds to the experience

We had such a great time! The house was beautiful and everything was squeaky clean. The hot tub was a great addition at the end of a long day on our feet. We even got to see bears in the yard!

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was spacious with plenty of essentials to make life simple while staying. The location was perfect- just 15 minutes from Pigeon Forge and Wears Valley. It was very easy to access the cabin and our minivan fit easily into the parking space. There were plenty of dishes/small appliances to make things comfortable. The game room was a hit. We enjoyed playing pool and packman. The community pool was very close and nicely kept. We appreciated that it was open until 10 pm, which made it easier to enjoy when we had been out all day. The back porch was very wooded, which gave good shade in the morning. Porchlights were a nice touch A few things could use a little refreshing. The towels and dining table were quite worn. The back porch could have been swept of debris. These were relatively minor things, but addressing them would make an already nice cabin feel even more comfortable and well-maintained. Overall, a very nice stay!

The cabin was very clean when we arrived, and the host made us feel very welcomed by providing starter toiletries, which I thought was thoughtful touch after our travel day. It was well-equipped, cozy, exactly as described making it easy to relax and feel at home. We would happily book again!

Ricky‘s house was amazing in regards to the location, the view, the layout of the house. The house itself was extraordinary. It looked like a new house. When we entered the house, we were amazed by how elegant it was. We loved the modern design of the kitchen, the bathrooms, the bedrooms and living room, the theater, the game room. The decorations were from the Smoky mountains spirit. Very good taste! The house was in such a quiet and serene area. You only hear the sounds of nature - such a relaxing house. Even though it was high up in the mountains, it was a 10 minute drive from Gatlinburg downtown and all the exciting fun activities. We found everything we needed in the house. The hot tub was a great amenity! We enjoyed relaxing in it after a long day full of activities. We would definitely love to come back to Gatlinburg and stay in Ricky’s house. We loved it!

Very much enjoyed our stay here. After spending time out during the day, the family looked forward to come back to the cabin and play games, relax, and recharge. Everyone felt cozy inside the house. The kids had the whole upstairs to themselves. All the beds were comfortable. We took advantage of the short drive to the pool to relax throughout our stay, about 3/4 a mile downhill.

We really enjoyed our stay! We traveled with a toddler and a larger dog and this was such a fantastic spot for all of us. The dining table is huge and accommodated us perfectly for dinners and card games, we spent many hours playing pinball and all of the old school games on the game console upstairs. We stayed so busy that we didn’t get to enjoy the hot tub and pool as much as we would have wanted to but it was so nice to have those as an option after a long day. I respect that this house did not have a weight limit on the pet as I have a larger dog and finding accommodations can be on the difficult side, the potty area was so close and I was never nervous taking him out. You feel secluded but at the same time you are central to all of the attractions/shopping. The hosts are responsive and very kind! The only issue we ran into was that the front door is extremely accessible to young kids and is very easy for them to open quickly (it unlocks and locks with a button).

This place was amazing. The house offers plenty of space for everyone to spread out but has multiple common areas for everyone to enjoy time together. Our family of 6 loved that everyone had their own space and never felt on top of each other. My kids ages 5-16 loved the game room area and spent most of their time in that area. The location of the house is amazing. The views are breathtaking. We also saw bears from the back deck 3 out of the 5 days we stayed. Would highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay and would absolutely recommend this cabin to anyone visiting the Smoky Mountains! The views were absolutely breathtaking, and we never got tired of sitting outside and taking in the scenery. One of our favorite parts of the trip was watching all of the bears—we saw so many during our stay, and it was such a unique and unforgettable experience! The cabin was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. It truly felt like a home away from home. We made so many wonderful memories here and can't wait to come back. Our stay was entirely compromised by severe host negligence and a complete failure to provide a safe & honest environment for our family. After a pricing dispute prior to arrival, hospitality was completely withdrawn. Check-in info was withheld until the last minute, leaving us without critical gate or Wi-Fi codes in a mountain dead zone. The cabin was entirely unprepared and structurally un-securable. Multiple amenities were missing or entirely broken, and crucially, the physical entry chain lock on the front door was broken off its frame, stripping us of mechanical privacy inside. The host completely abandoned communication, ignoring our safety and maintenance concerns for nearly 48 hours. We also discovered an undisclosed exterior surveillance camera actively recording us, violating platform privacy rules. Airbnb Support intervened, verified these severe safety and privacy breaches, canceled the stay, and officially issued a 100% full refund.

The cabin was as described and pictured, and the host had excellent communication. We booked last minute and were happy with his fast replies and thorough instructions. I also appreciated not having any check out chores. Quick but nice stay!

It was our last vacation for the summer before the kids started school. If you are looking for a good time to go to the pigeon Forge Gatlinburg area the week that we went, which was the last week of July is the best. Very little crowds. The cabinet itself was stunning. Perfect setting private views. The pool was awesome, the hot tub was perfect. I definitely would suggest this for our family.

We had a great time at this beautiful cabin! This cabin had everything we needed & was perfect for us. The cabin is very suitable for a small families, in a great location, and we would definitely come back!!

The home is on a quiet mountain road with lovely views from the balcony at the back. The indoor pool was a great feature and the kids liked the den with the large TV and reclining sofa. The host was exceptionally responsive to queries and ensured that items that weren’t present were delivered promptly, we also had an issue with a wasp nest under the balcony which was resolved very quickly. The location is about 15min away from the main Parkway and 10min to the Goats on the Roof alpine coaster. We saw bears along Waldens Creek Road on the approach.

Great location and setting for a weekend outing with family. The views of Gatlinburg and mountain ranges from the balcony were breathtaking. The only issue was the room entry door had 3 locks and it was not clear in instructions which lock was to be used to enter the room. And a request to host would be to include some coffee pods in future to help guests

Honestly the pictures and descriptions were great, but can’t do it justice. Stunning home, view was fantastic, peaceful, quiet, comfortably kept 10 of us with no issues. Highly recommend and will look for this home when we return to Tennessee!

The drive to it was beautiful and the view out of the windows and balcony was second to none! We had everything we needed and plenty of space. There was even a visit from a bear as he passed along under the yard behind the building.

Ricky was an excellent host and was always responsive to any questions asked. The place was peaceful and clean. Kitchen had everything we needed . The bathrooms had enough towels and toiletries too. Can we mention SO. MANY. TOWELS. 😍 From the moment we booked this rental, Ricky was responsive, helpful and so flexible. The house was conveniently located but still felt like a retreat. And if you’re looking for 🐻 we saw at least 5 of them in the neighborhood while we were there. Me, my husband, and our two dogs stayed here for our honeymoon and had the best time. The cabin was absolutely perfect, clean, and cozy. Our hosts Ricky and Nick were very communicative and helpful with anything we needed—which wasnt much given how much they provided for our stay. We even mistakenly left behind a couple suits in a closet and they went above and beyond to help get them back to us. We would 100% stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay in this cabin while visiting the area for a weekend trip to Dollywood! It was the perfect setup for two families of four, with a pool table and arcade games downstairs that kept the kids entertained for hours. The views are absolutely stunning, and the cabin looks exactly like the photos. This place was great! Very clean, enough room for my group of people. Only thing I would suggest is to put a door handle on the door inside and out. As we had grandparents with us and the door was a little tricky for them to open and close. Absolutely loved the view from the balcony, you could see Dollywood's fireworks every night around 9 p.m.

We had a great time! My kids absolutely loved having the game room upstairs and their own space. We will absolutely be staying here again in the future. The cabin was not far from parkway and close to the Tanger Outlets.

We had a fantastic stay in TN. The house was in great condition and in a great location. Please do know it’s quite a climb by car to get there and getting into the house requires several stairs. The carport was nice especially when we had a few rain showers. The grill and outdoor furniture was nice, although we wished for a larger table outside to eat as a family. The hot tub was not working when we arrived but after messaging Ricky, he had someone out in less than an hour. The house was clean and furniture was nice - again wish there was a full kitchen table to eat at but we made it work with the tall table and bar seating. The beds were fine- sheets could have been better. The ones on the king kept popping off as we slept- need deeper corners. Also the bunk room is decorated differently than the images and the game machines had some trouble- no audio and controls not working exactly right. All in all a great place and a fantastic host. Also! The house has a whole house generator!

The cabin was in a nice, sapacious and quiet location. The kitchen was some how clean in general. The drama started when I discovered this discusting looking eagle-nest built on one of the patio cieling fans beside the masive amount of creepy spiders webs which wrapped it up to make the patio unsuitable for humans living. The minute you walk in to bathrooms, you smell a constant odor that makes one wanders whether it comes from a broken sewer or a mold damage. The worst of the worst was the taste of the water. It had a bad chemical taste/smell which manifest itself whether you try to drink it (never try it is too dangerous) or bathe with it. I brought the water problem to the attention of owner of the cabin (Ricky) to realize that he started cussing me out and accusing me to be rude and demanding.

Seriously can’t say enough good things about this cabin. The location was great. It was close enough to everything but also far enough away to feel like an escape. Everything you see in the pictures is what you get. The space was very clean. The gaming systems were a great addition because there were several periods of rain while we were there.

Beautiful house and property, the views are breathtaking, lots of wildlife, the house and amenities were perfect, new construction, perfectly finished house.

Gorgeous views, we spent a lot of time on the back porch just enjoying the view in the morning and evening. No more than 15-20 mins from whatever you want to do or wherever you want to eat. When we come back to town this will be top of our list for a place to stay again.

We just spent a week in the cabin and it was wonderful! Our teenage kids enjoyed the pool table, arcade game, hot tub, indoor/outdoor pool, etc. The views were beautiful and one of my favorite things was having a cup of coffee in the morning sitting in a rocking chair. I really enjoyed looking at the mountains and listening to the sounds of nature! I would definitely stay there again if I ever went back!

beautiful and relaxing place big enough for group setting. host responded timely manner. my only concerned my 6year old guessed the door locked to the pool made to easy It couldn't be changed, so with some brainstorming I realized the gates for the stairs locked which made it more comfortable to sleep, knowing he couldn't get out as he was in the childern room upstairs. my family would love to come back again in the future!

We had such a lovely stay, we wish we had stayed longer! The view is exactly as pictured, so stunning. The house felt so homey and had everything we needed. Its location was close to town and anything you needed, but still in the mountains and quiet and peaceful. Our kids loved the gaming systems and that they had their own space to play. We loved this cabin!

We had a fantastic 2-night stay! The Cabin was exactly as described—spotless, with a very comfortable bed and fast Wi-Fi. Check-in was a breeze with crystal-clear instructions, and the host was incredibly responsive whenever we had questions. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay overall. The mountain views were beautiful, the beds were comfortable, and the location was convenient—about 15–20 minutes from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge attractions. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with. A few things could be improved. The kitchen is very small. I asked before our trip if baby gear was available and was told no, so we packed our own. When we arrived, baby items were there, so better communication would have saved us valuable space. A broom and mop would also be helpful for families with toddlers. The floors didn’t seem thoroughly cleaned—our bare feet and our babies’ hands and knees quickly became black. The door is also awkward to close with multiple keypads and no handle. Finally, while the deck has amazing views, it didn’t feel safe enough for young children.

The kids couldn’t really run around outside but the downstairs rec area was great for the kids. The slide was a hit! Beautiful home and very clean ! The beds were also comfy which is a huge plus !

This has been by far the best Airbnb I've rented I've been doing Airbnb's for years now. It was absolutely gorgeous. Ricky was an amazing host. Any issues I had which were basically user error lol . Me not knowing how to use something he had sent somebody right over. He was very flexible with my checkout time because we had an issue with our flight and I am definitely going to make that my once a year place to stay because this was our first trip to Tennessee, but we will be back every summer vacation and we will be staying there. If it was possible to give him a 10+ stars we absolutely would. I highly recommend him in this property. It's absolutely stunning. Thank you Ricky for being such a great host.

We had an amazing experience at this lovely home! By far, this is the most luxurious home we’ve stayed at. The home was well supplied and had extra amenities to make us feel at home. The view from this home is breathtaking! The spa and movie room are extra comfortable. We enjoy just staying in when accommodations are this nice! Ricky is a super host who made sure everything was great and was so responsive! We’ll be back!!

If you have older kids and are looking for a close to downtown Gatlinburg area this is it for you! There was no tv in the master bedroom but the other two TVs are smart TVs. Kitchen was well stocked and the host was very responsive. We left early due to the place having a damp pet smell. We thought it might be due to a cleaning error but there is something deeper wrong. The host was kind enough to bring a new mop but yet the place still had a musty odor. You do need a car you can get up the mountain with but that’s the normal in the area. My son was a big fan of the tennis court at the club house.

Our family of 4 had a great stay at Ricky’s cabin! The cabin is clean and spacious, with a wonderful mountain view! Our boys loved having a yard to toss the football and we enjoyed the hot tub each night.

Ricky was extremely organized with messages and directions/instructions. The view from the balcony was breathtaking and we even got to see bears walk by. My complaint is mostly with the apartment maintenance as the window frames, balcony wood, and windows were all in need of fixing. The railing on the balcony made me nervous as there is a gap where the railing bars don’t go across and my youngest could fit through. I was also a little confused why there is no handle/knob on the front door. It made the locking a little hard when hands are full. My last issue was that I was nervous with the upper loft electrical outlets that were coming loose from the wall. Having kids didn’t make this the best thing. Overall this place was okay. Had great views but was run down. The kitchen was extremely tiny and hard to cook/store food in, but it did offer the peace and nature that we were looking for. Overall, we still had a great trip and appreciate the communication and views.

My family and I had a blast staying here! Our host were extremely helpful and very quick to respond to any questions we had making our stay easy and stress free. The kids stayed entertained within the cabin throughout each day we stayed; making it easy to create family memories and laughter but also allowing my wife and I to enjoy the beautiful scenery. Each day we had the chance to enjoy everything offered in the description given, also enjoying how close the cabin is to outside activities such as pigeon forge The island, The Tanger outlet, Arcades, and many more.

Place was pristine, it fit me and my kids perfectly. View was beautiful. Outdoor bed swing was great after the sun went down. Most places gave me a strenuous check out procedures to follow. They only asked to lock the door behind us and thier crew would take care of all cleaning. The stay was awsome!!!

Ricky’s place was just as the pictures depicted. The views were so breathtaking! The best part was the covered level parking area. My wife being 5 months pregnant would have struggled if not for the level parking area. Ricky reached out daily to make sure our experience was as great as it could be. Mama already said she wants to come back to this cabin! I would’ve given 6 stars if I had the option.

This place was beautiful! The roads leading to the property can be a bit intimidating at night, but aside from that, everything was excellent. The home was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the best parts was how easy checkout was—you simply gathered your belongings and left. We had to book this cabin at the literal last minute after experiencing issues with a different cabin (in a different location). Ricky was super responsive and got us all set up for a same day booking. The place was clean, has a lot of amenities, and is in a peaceful location being the end cabin with neighbors only on one side. It is situated far enough from the hustle and bustle to be peaceful, but yet still close enough to easily get to activities in Pigeon Forge.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The cabin was spotless, spacious, and beautifully appointed, with gorgeous mountain views and everything we needed. The full kitchen and grill were perfect for family meals. After busy days exploring, our grandchildren loved the theater room, while the arcade and hot tub were favorites for everyone. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the showers were fantastic, and the high-speed internet was a great bonus for keeping up with a little work. We also enjoyed the well-maintained outdoor pool and putt-putt course. The location at the end of the row near the security gate offered both privacy and convenience. This was the perfect place for our family to reconnect, relax, and make lasting memories. We highly recommend this beautiful cabin and would gladly stay here again!

We had a fabulous time. The place was exactly what was shown in the pictures. It is a only a 20 minute drive to Gatlinburg and has lots of close activities for the kids. I would definitely stay here again. I only wish check in could be an hour earlier and check out an hour later.

We loved the bedrooms being on the different levels and each had it own bathroom. The location was simply beautiful. One of the children in our group wanted to rent the place for a year. He never wanted to leave. It was a great place for an extended family to vacation together and still have their own spaces.

We were looking for a place with a view, plenty of rooms, beds, and baths. Clean and comfortable with a rate that would allow for more enjoyment throughout the area. A welcoming retreat at the end of a long day. This checked all the boxes. The drive was expected for Gatlinburg with a view.

First time in the Smokey mountains, and all I can say is it was such a sweet place. Very clean and tons of room for our family. Rickey was very quick to respond. We had our air conditioner not working in the 2 level but right away the already had a maintenance man out and repaired quickly. We also noticed a broken appliance with the game system but he was right on finding a solution and was very apologetic and helpful. So definitely recommend if you are considering booking this home for your stay. It also is very central to all fun locations but it’s away from the crowds and has a beautiful view in the morning. Love this place and its host! Thank you!

This house was just beautiful. Very clean and everything matching. The view from all three decks were just stunning. The bottom floor was a child's delight. Our grandkids loved the movie theatre and the dart boards and the bunk beds. The host Ricky, was completely responsive and quickly answered my numerous questions quickly. Just loved it and we will book here again.

The place was nice and clean. My only complaints are the lack of skillets, dishwasher isn't very functional and there are too many locks on the front of the door. Kitchen: You can not cook a meal unless you are having soup or something tjr requires a baking sheet. The top shelf of the dishwasher does not pull out and the bottom one doesn't sit well. Front Door: My suggestion would be for the non-functioning locks to be removed and you really need some type of handle to pull the door to while locking. Everything thing else was great!

Was a wonderful stay! Only suggestion is that if you want coffee on your first morning to bring it with you and coffee filters. Great view to sit and watch in the morning while drinking coffee but we arrived late and weren't prepared for the first morning.

We loved the chatel, and enjoyed the amenities (pool and playground) up the hill. Very clean, quiet and very close to the main strip. Had no cell service but the wifi was great!

We enjoyed our stay here at this cabin. Everything was clean and it was easy to find. The pool was our favorite part. Definitely will be coming back soon!

Great location! Close to activities but away from the crowds. View was amazing! We had a concern about an exterior door that didn’t lock and Ricky had someone there to install a new lock within an hour 👌🏻 Dishwasher was on its way out so we did a lot of hand washing but other than that it’s a great place and the kids enjoyed it immensely.

Beautiful property with a magical view. The cabin is conveniently located near all the local attractions and, of course, the Great Smoky Mountains. At the same time, it is fully equipped in a way that makes it a wonderful place to spend time even on rainy days. Ricky is an accessible and responsive host who is available whenever needed.

Rented the cabin for my birthday week and it did not disappoint. From the views to the attractions, everything was amazing and as advertised. 10/10 recommend and would book again!

Only issue we had was we arrived after the sun had went down and the house number was a little difficult to see. House is very spacious and quite! Although not secluded still had a nice view from the back deck! Comfortable king size beds!

This cabin was in a peaceful and quiet location but was still very close into town for restaurants, shopping, and activities. We loved having both bedrooms on the lower floor and having a play space in the loft. Our host was very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend to others!

It was a beautiful cabin and it was perfect for our family to get away for a few days. It was close enough to Pigeon Forge if you want to explore the town but private and quiet enough if you want to get away and rest. We loved it!!

We had a bit of a strange stay, but overall Ricky was a fantastic host. During 2 of our 4 days, contractors unexpectedly showed up to work on the home. The first day it was only for a few hours, so we didn’t think much of it. However, on the second occasion — which was also the last full day of our trip — workers were there from 8am to 8pm, making the home difficult to relax in and not ideal for our baby’s nap schedule. When we reached out to Ricky, he responded very quickly and professionally. It turned out there had been a mix-up, and the contractors were not supposed to be there during our stay. While the situation itself was unfortunate, it was clearly outside of Ricky’s control. What stood out most was how well Ricky handled everything. He genuinely cared about making things right and took great care of us throughout the process. Despite the unexpected circumstances, Ricky proved to be an attentive, responsive, and thoughtful host. If you book with him, you’ll be in good hands.

It was very peaceful and quiet.The unit was clean and the loft area was cozy. There were a couple of bears wondering around, looking for food but, we were not in any danger. We saw three bear total on the property. The view, OMG the view was amazing from the back deck and the end of the parking lot. We Would highly recommended using this owner and his properties.

We had a wonderful visit! The bed was comfy, and I don't know about any of the others, but I slept like a log. Ricky was very quick to respond when I had questions, and he was very welcoming. Would stay there again!

We really enjoyed our week at the cabin. Host was very responsive! Our kids loved the game loft. The pool table and arcade games were all a hit! We even enjoyed taking the golf clubs down to the neighborhood mini golf course. Location was very convenient to the parkway. Roads were very easy to manage. Would stay again!

We had a very nice stay in this beautiful cabin. Loved the private baths, large dining area, plenty of dishes, silverware and cookware. It was neat, clean, and very nicely decorated. One thing to consider if you have any elderly, is the pool staircase. It's a metal spiral staircase to get to the pool and a lot of steps. My mom couldn't use the pool with the kids so that was a little disappointing. The location is perfect for visiting Pigeon Forge and surrounding local sites. The lot is beautiful and very quiet. Thank you for offering this lovely home for our vacation!

The private pool was a hit with the kids since it wasn't very deep and hot tub was peaceful and relaxing . Ricky was super responsive and helpful the whole time. Check-in and check-out were easy and smooth. The location was awesome — close to everything but still felt peaceful and private. We even got to watch fireworks from the porch for the holiday! Ricky was very responsive before, during and after our stay. House is 20 minutes from the Parkway strip where all attractions and stores are located. It was such a home away from home feel.

Absolutely loved our stay. Cabin was quiet, peaceful and perfect for any family. Close enough to town to easily be able to enjoy all the attractions but far enough away to relax from the hustle and bustle. We had two family's with three children and had plenty of room for every to be able to be together or have their own space. I would recommend it to everyone and stay with my family again.

We really enjoyed our stay, the house was very nice. If you have kids it’s worth the money to have your own private pool. The driveway is a little tricky but once you go in and out once or twice you get used to it. Ricky was very quick to respond to questions and concerns.

Lovely cabin. Parking took some getting used to. Be wary of gps directions as we were routed in a big circle when actually it is a more direct route to pigeon forge. Coffee pot is a REAL coffee pot not a pod type. No big deal… if y expect a larger crowd we did bring fold up sports chairs for extra seating and fold up tables for more serving area. Great family experience

We really enjoyed our stay at Hailey’s Hideaway! Major plus was this cabin was pet friendly so we were able to bring our fur babies who always travel with us! The beds were the most comfy out of all the other places we have stayed. The cabin felt very safe and cozy. We loved the resort and the amenities! Ricky was a great host and this was one of our favorite cabins we’ve stayed in.

Plus, there’s so much to do nearby—hiking trails, charming shops, great restaurants, and of course, all the fun of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg just a short drive away. We really enjoyed our stay. This cabin is pet friendly and, they do not have a restriction on size! And no, it does not smell like pee. The drive to the cabin does not suck! It is very doable with or without AWD. It is clean and very well stocked and all of the games actually worked! Having said all of that, it is not why I would recommend this cabin. The best thing about this place is the property manager. Communication is everything when you are booking a VRBO and Ricky went above and beyond! Do not hesitate to book, you will not be disappointed.

The house is beautiful and the setting is private and peaceful. It’s about a 15-minute drive to local attractions, but that’s because the roads are winding. It’s very nice to be away from some of the tourist traps, but it’s close enough to spend every day at the National Park (parking passes are only $5 a day) and do day hikes before returning to relax in the hot tub or cooling off in the pool. The space is great- perfect for a family or girls trip and it has everything you need.

We cannot say enough good things about this stay!! The house is BEAUTIFUL, pool & hot tub was amazing, beds were super comfy. We made every meal at the house and had enough dishes for 5 guest. Plenty of towels were supplied (4 per bedroom). Beautiful wrap around pouch for sitting in the sun, very quiet neighborhood, only roughly 10 mins from down town pigeon forge with a lot to do. If I had to pick a con out of the whole stay it was that the heat rises so the downstairs was cold and upstairs bedroom was super warm. If you keep the downstairs bedroom doors closed it wasn’t bad in there but our guest had a hard time sleeping upstairs in the heat. Also the driveway could be very scary as it is a sharp turn and steep but well worth it. Overall I would definitely recommend staying here for a nice getaway, grab your food from the local grocery store and you never have to leave!

Hailey’s Hideaway was just what our family needed for a break. Easy to get to all Pigeon Forge and Sevierville has to offer.

We had a great experience. Ricky was always accessible. Everything was as described. Super convenient to everything, no scary roads. Beds slept amazing!! Kids loved having pool table and air hockey.

We really enjoyed the cabin. It was spacious enough for the entire family, and the kids really enjoyed the pool table and air hockey.My only bad comment is the temperature in the cabin stayed around 73 to 75 degrees, and was too hot. There was a fan available that we ran constantly. The thermostat had permannent settings that we could not control. We could change the setting, but it would not stay.

Very clean, lots of entertainment. Couldn't figure out the cable but never asked, we didn't need it. It is pretty far up into the mountain but a quick drive.Would stay here again for sure.

We enjoyed our stay at Ricky’s place! The check in process was easy and we had no chores at the end of our stay which was definitely a perk. It was clean, beautiful views, and the hot tub was great. A few minor things…there was no dresser for belongings, water pressure could be better, and one of the games wasn’t working. But overall, great stay!

A little slice of heaven right in between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg! Super accessible location while also feeling very private. The creek is beautiful and so clean. 10/10 would stay again.

We were booked in another cabin, arrived there and there was no ac it was 87° inside! Ricky and his cabin were just made available as we started looking for replacement cabins! Needless to say we were excited to book this amazing cabin! Its in a gated community so you feel more private. A little secluded from town but only a 6 minute drive away! Super clean and everything worked as it should! Thank you Ricky for making our sons 9th birthday a great weekend with family! We WILL be back!

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of this place. From the ceiling fans to the baseboards, EVERYTHING was spotless. The bedrooms were also impressive. The grandkids enjoyed their spacious room with 2 queen sized bunk beds. And for the adults, our bedrooms were also spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The game room and theatre rooms were a big hit for the grandkids, but my favorite thing was sitting on the screened porch and watching for wildlife early in the morning. At the end of the day, we would return to the porch to watch the sun set behind the silhouette of the mountains. We will definitely rent again if we return to this location.

Easy to get to with gps, easy entry and super easy check out. All the places I have stayed before have only provided 1 roll of toilet paper and maybe one trash bag I came prepared this time with my own and didn’t even need it. Had a fully equipped kitchen good amount of space, nice pool and lots of things to do in the club house. Would recommend staying to others we had a wonderful time

The location was great - you felt like you were in the mountains but still close enough to the action in Pigeon Forge. My daughter loved the lofted area, and we loved the hot tub after a busy day of visiting the sights. Ricky was always very quick to respond and very helpful. When we come back to the area, we will definitely look into staying at the cabin again!

Very responsive, Beautiful, Quiet, Attentive Host. Wish all my stays were this quick, easy, & simple. Love the no chores just lock door at check out, but felt very guilty when i ran out of time to tidy to my own liking. Had an AMAZING time

We had one little problem. But it was not because of him. He very quickly took care of it. The place and view were absolutely perfect. The house was immaculate. The pool,jacuzzi, theater setup was extremely nice and exactly what whas described. When i return i will definitely be booking with him. Wonderful job Ricky👏

Great place to stay in. Few points that this place was missing. There are not closet space or anywhere to put your clothes in. Our clothes stayed in our luggage, which was a little disappointing. Closets were made as storage space. Upstairs where the kids area was. The blue slide was broken and it was hazardous for kids. The TV wasn’t working and the stools weren’t sturdy for the kids to sit on. I wish these small things were fixed. Otherwise, the place was wonderful.

We came for our 4th Jeep Invasion-with our 3 boys! They loved the pool table and mini golf! The location was secluded but also had very quick and easy access to the main strip and attractions! The host was very attentive and helpful when needed! We would stay here again! 😊

My family and I spent 4 days in this cabin. The stay was fantastic, Ricky is a wonderful host. He is quick to respond and very attentive. Ricky was very helpful with a last minute trip change and was very quick to respond to questions when needed. The cabin was clean and well stocked. The rooms were all neatly organized and gave everyone their own comfortable space. The next time I plan a trip to this area Ricky's place will be the first I look for.

We had an amazing time during our stay, I was a little scared traveling up the mountains but other than that we really enjoyed ourselves. We seen many bears up close! Even a mama bear and her cubs, the condo was clean and comfortable for us!! Ricky was very friendly and he checked on us everyday

Ricky was a great Host. The cabin had a nice layout and everything you needed. Rooms had nice size bathrooms and the AC worked well on the really hot days. Plenty of hot water for showers and plenty of room to spread out and hang out in different areas of the cabin. Ricky stayed on top of making sure we were well taken care of. While they supply a specific amount of certain items, we also made sure to bring our own such as towels, paper towels and toilet paper and trash bags. Just some comforts from home. There is also a Family Dollar at the bottom of the mountain that was useful. Tubing was 8 minutes down the road. Gatlinburge and Pigeon Forge about 25 minutes but not complicated to find your way into town. Overall a great experience. Hope to book again in the future.

Ricky’s property was very well kept and in perfect condition. The pictures accurately depicted the interior and exterior. Location is great and only about 10 minutes from the GSM Gateway. Would definitely recommend for small family. My grand daughter had a blast in the play area.

We enjoyed our stay on Cougar Crossing. There were 5 adults and two children ages 2 and 4. The kids absolutely loved the bunk beds (the ladders can be removed). Everyone had their own room with bathroom. The TV room was great for the sports guys and the main tv for the kiddos. We used the outdoor pool once and it was very nice with hardly anyone there. Guys and kids used the putt putt course a couple of times (everything you need for this is foam and kept in the locked area going downstairs to the indoor pool). We stayed so busy that we only used the indoor pool once and the hot tub once. It is nice that it is there if it were to rain, but we had perfect weather at the right times. We felt the kids were safe with the two gates for the stairs. We had everything we needed in the kitchen (don’t forget to bring your own spices). The grill worked perfect for our steak and chicken night. Lastly, we left early in the morning and all we had to do was pack and leave. They do everything else.

Great spot! quite and close to the strip. If we needed anything it was just a few minutes up the road. Also the host Ricky was great! Coffee machine didn’t work, he had one on the porch that afternoon so my wife could have coffee in the morning! Fantastic!!

My family and I loved staying at this house! It was so exciting to arrive to. My children were in awe of the basement sleeping accommodations, the rock wall, karaoke, slide off the bunk bed. All of it added so much fun for them! The place was super clean! Abundance of towels, place was well stocked. So tastefully decorated! Every room had so much charm! The views are incredible, so peaceful to sit out and look at smoky mountains! We got to spot a couple of black bears! Ricky was constantly checking in making sure our stay was comfortable and we had everything we needed. I would love to stay again!

We decided to take a last minute trip to Pigeon Forge. I reached out to Ricky about his cabin. He responded in about two minutes. He was very helpful and answered all of our questions. We absolutely loved our stay at Scenic Escape. The cabin is exactly as described and as the pictures show and it’s only a short drive to all the local shops and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again.

We absolutely ADORED this Airbnb! My partner and I had to pivot from a planned trip due to poor weather and we booked this spot last minute, and it truly blew us out of the water. The view, the hot tub, the game room upstairs! We had so much fun. It’s also fairly close to the main strip in pigeon forge so we had no problem getting around.

We booked Ricky's property for a bachelorette weekend and it was everything we could have asked for! The house was the perfect place for us girls to celebrate and spend time together and everything you could want was easily available to us! Phenomenal experience. We will be back!

This property is surrounded by pure beauty more. The first day there we were able to see a bear so that was really rewarding. My only concern was when I checked in, a banana was on on top of the fridge;that’s the only reason I gave you 4 stars. Other than that, it was a great experience for me and my family, as we have never been to Tennessee.

We absolutely loved our time spent in Tennessee! This cabin was ideal for our family of five. We loved spending time playing pool, the arcade game and definitely utilized the hot tub!! We also enjoyed time at the nearby pool. The location was beautiful and this cabin has breathtaking views. Ricky was very responsive (often times within minutes!) We would definitely stay here again if we return to Tennessee.

We had a great stay! The cabin was very clean and well maintained, and the pool was definitely one of the highlights for our group. The host was extremely responsive and did everything they could to accommodate us. They even reached out during our stay just to make sure everything was going well, which we really appreciated. The location was beautiful, and getting to see bears nearby made the Smoky Mountain experience even more memorable. 🐻 Another big plus was that there wasn’t a long list of cleaning chores to do before leaving, which made checkout much easier and more relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place, especially for families or larger groups!

The cabin was excellent. There were a few minor issues, but Ricky made sure they were taken care of promptly. The cabin was extremely clean, lots of games for the kids. The theater was great also, but the best by far were the views. Beautiful views, especially at night. The sunset view was amazing. We will have to book this one again. Ricky was able to accommodate us VERY last minute as our original host cancelled on us unexpectedly the evening before check in. The cabin looked as pictured and was spotless! Check in instructions were thorough which made our arrival a breeze. There was an issue with the shower in one of the bathrooms and when I contacted Ricky he sent someone to check right away. Ultimately it was an “operator error” aka a “me problem” so nothing needed fixed or replaced. Nonetheless he addressed the concerned in a timely manner. Check out was also easy as there were no “chores” to complete. I would have liked the hot tub to be a little warmer but that would deter me from booking here again! Thank you Ricky!

We loved having 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms , perfect for separate families staying together. The game room and indoor pool gave us plenty to do on site , and the community pool (down the road) was so nice, right next to a waterfall. Putt putt was great and putters/balls were provided in the cabin. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms were very nice as well. Host was very friendly and responsive.

The host communicates proactively and clearly with easy check in and out. The location in between pigeon forge and Gatlinburg makes access to all the fun activities easy. The house is private but not secluded and the stream behind the house adds to the experience

We had such a great time! The house was beautiful and everything was squeaky clean. The hot tub was a great addition at the end of a long day on our feet. We even got to see bears in the yard!

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was spacious with plenty of essentials to make life simple while staying. The location was perfect- just 15 minutes from Pigeon Forge and Wears Valley. It was very easy to access the cabin and our minivan fit easily into the parking space. There were plenty of dishes/small appliances to make things comfortable. The game room was a hit. We enjoyed playing pool and packman. The community pool was very close and nicely kept. We appreciated that it was open until 10 pm, which made it easier to enjoy when we had been out all day. The back porch was very wooded, which gave good shade in the morning. Porchlights were a nice touch A few things could use a little refreshing. The towels and dining table were quite worn. The back porch could have been swept of debris. These were relatively minor things, but addressing them would make an already nice cabin feel even more comfortable and well-maintained. Overall, a very nice stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin; we stayed for a week and had such a pleasant experience from start to finish. The cabin was very clean when we arrived, and the host made us feel very welcomed by providing starter toiletries, which I thought was thoughtful touch after our travel day. It was well-equipped, cozy, exactly as described making it easy to relax and feel at home. We would happily book again!

Ricky‘s house was amazing in regards to the location, the view, the layout of the house. The house itself was extraordinary. It looked like a new house. When we entered the house, we were amazed by how elegant it was. We loved the modern design of the kitchen, the bathrooms, the bedrooms and living room, the theater, the game room. The decorations were from the Smoky mountains spirit. Very good taste! The house was in such a quiet and serene area. You only hear the sounds of nature - such a relaxing house. Even though it was high up in the mountains, it was a 10 minute drive from Gatlinburg downtown and all the exciting fun activities. We found everything we needed in the house. The hot tub was a great amenity! We enjoyed relaxing in it after a long day full of activities. We would definitely love to come back to Gatlinburg and stay in Ricky’s house. We loved it!

Very much enjoyed our stay here. After spending time out during the day, the family looked forward to come back to the cabin and play games, relax, and recharge. Everyone felt cozy inside the house. The kids had the whole upstairs to themselves. All the beds were comfortable. We took advantage of the short drive to the pool to relax throughout our stay, about 3/4 a mile downhill.

We really enjoyed our stay! We traveled with a toddler and a larger dog and this was such a fantastic spot for all of us. The dining table is huge and accommodated us perfectly for dinners and card games, we spent many hours playing pinball and all of the old school games on the game console upstairs. We stayed so busy that we didn’t get to enjoy the hot tub and pool as much as we would have wanted to but it was so nice to have those as an option after a long day. I respect that this house did not have a weight limit on the pet as I have a larger dog and finding accommodations can be on the difficult side, the potty area was so close and I was never nervous taking him out. You feel secluded but at the same time you are central to all of the attractions/shopping. The hosts are responsive and very kind! The only issue we ran into was that the front door is extremely accessible to young kids and is very easy for them to open quickly (it unlocks and locks with a button).

This place was amazing. The house offers plenty of space for everyone to spread out but has multiple common areas for everyone to enjoy time together. Our family of 6 loved that everyone had their own space and never felt on top of each other. My kids ages 5-16 loved the game room area and spent most of their time in that area. The location of the house is amazing. The views are breathtaking. We also saw bears from the back deck 3 out of the 5 days we stayed. Would highly recommend!

The views were absolutely breathtaking, and we never got tired of sitting outside and taking in the scenery. One of our favorite parts of the trip was watching all of the bears—we saw so many during our stay, and it was such a unique and unforgettable experience! The cabin was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. It truly felt like a home away from home. We made so many wonderful memories here and can't wait to come back. Our stay was entirely compromised by severe host negligence and a complete failure to provide a safe & honest environment for our family. After a pricing dispute prior to arrival, hospitality was completely withdrawn. Check-in info was withheld until the last minute, leaving us without critical gate or Wi-Fi codes in a mountain dead zone. The cabin was entirely unprepared and structurally un-securable. Multiple amenities were missing or entirely broken, and crucially, the physical entry chain lock on the front door was broken off its frame, stripping us of mechanical privacy inside. The host completely abandoned communication, ignoring our safety and maintenance concerns for nearly 48 hours. We also discovered an undisclosed exterior surveillance camera actively recording us, violating platform privacy rules. Airbnb Support intervened, verified these severe safety and privacy breaches, canceled the stay, and officially issued a 100% full refund.

The cabin was as described and pictured, and the host had excellent communication. We booked last minute and were happy with his fast replies and thorough instructions. I also appreciated not having any check out chores. Quick but nice stay!

It was our last vacation for the summer before the kids started school. If you are looking for a good time to go to the pigeon Forge Gatlinburg area the week that we went, which was the last week of July is the best. Very little crowds. The cabinet itself was stunning. Perfect setting private views. The pool was awesome, the hot tub was perfect. I definitely would suggest this for our family.

We had a great time at this beautiful cabin! This cabin had everything we needed & was perfect for us. The cabin is very suitable for a small families, in a great location, and we would definitely come back!!

The home is on a quiet mountain road with lovely views from the balcony at the back. The indoor pool was a great feature and the kids liked the den with the large TV and reclining sofa. The host was exceptionally responsive to queries and ensured that items that weren’t present were delivered promptly, we also had an issue with a wasp nest under the balcony which was resolved very quickly. The location is about 15min away from the main Parkway and 10min to the Goats on the Roof alpine coaster. We saw bears along Waldens Creek Road on the approach.

Great location and setting for a weekend outing with family. The views of Gatlinburg and mountain ranges from the balcony were breathtaking. The only issue was the room entry door had 3 locks and it was not clear in instructions which lock was to be used to enter the room. And a request to host would be to include some coffee pods in future to help guests

Honestly the pictures and descriptions were great, but can’t do it justice. Stunning home, view was fantastic, peaceful, quiet, comfortably kept 10 of us with no issues. Highly recommend and will look for this home when we return to Tennessee!

The drive to it was beautiful and the view out of the windows and balcony was second to none! We had everything we needed and plenty of space. There was even a visit from a bear as he passed along under the yard behind the building.

And if you’re looking for 🐻 we saw at least 5 of them in the neighborhood while we were there. This vacation rental exceeded expectations and is a perfect place if you need enough room for a large group to spread out.

Me, my husband, and our two dogs stayed here for our honeymoon and had the best time. The cabin was absolutely perfect, clean, and cozy. Our hosts Ricky and Nick were very communicative and helpful with anything we needed—which wasnt much given how much they provided for our stay. We even mistakenly left behind a couple suits in a closet and they went above and beyond to help get them back to us. We would 100% stay here again!

This place was great! Very clean, enough room for my group of people. Only thing I would suggest is to put a door handle on the door inside and out. As we had grandparents with us and the door was a little tricky for them to open and close. Absolutely loved the view from the balcony, you could see Dollywood's fireworks every night around 9 p.m.

We had a great time! My kids absolutely loved having the game room upstairs and their own space. We will absolutely be staying here again in the future. The cabin was not far from parkway and close to the Tanger Outlets.

We had a fantastic stay in TN. The house was in great condition and in a great location. Please do know it’s quite a climb by car to get there and getting into the house requires several stairs. The carport was nice especially when we had a few rain showers. The grill and outdoor furniture was nice, although we wished for a larger table outside to eat as a family. The hot tub was not working when we arrived but after messaging Ricky, he had someone out in less than an hour. The house was clean and furniture was nice - again wish there was a full kitchen table to eat at but we made it work with the tall table and bar seating. The beds were fine- sheets could have been better. The ones on the king kept popping off as we slept- need deeper corners. Also the bunk room is decorated differently than the images and the game machines had some trouble- no audio and controls not working exactly right. All in all a great place and a fantastic host. Also! The house has a whole house generator!

The cabin was in a nice, sapacious and quiet location. The kitchen was some how clean in general. The drama started when I discovered this discusting looking eagle-nest built on one of the patio cieling fans beside the masive amount of creepy spiders webs which wrapped it up to make the patio unsuitable for humans living. The minute you walk in to bathrooms, you smell a constant odor that makes one wanders whether it comes from a broken sewer or a mold damage. The worst of the worst was the taste of the water. It had a bad chemical taste/smell which manifest itself whether you try to drink it (never try it is too dangerous) or bathe with it. I brought the water problem to the attention of owner of the cabin (Ricky) to realize that he started cussing me out and accusing me to be rude and demanding.

Seriously can’t say enough good things about this cabin. The location was great. It was close enough to everything but also far enough away to feel like an escape. Everything you see in the pictures is what you get. The space was very clean. The gaming systems were a great addition because there were several periods of rain while we were there.
