We had a wonderful experience staying at Ricky’s place. Check in and check out were a breeze. The kids had a blast in the basement and also in the hot tub. Amazing views to wake up to. The interiors were well designed and so peaceful. Comfortable beds, neat bathrooms and well organized kitchen. Amazing host! We would love to come back!

When scrolling on Airbnb, be sure to stop at this one. Not only is the host Ricky a pleasure to work with, but the home is everything you see in the descriptions. We take the RMD’s that are from the Chick-fil-A Knoxville Market area, each year, for a cabin lock in to plan out the next year. So note, 2027 Chick-fil-A will be showing up for our guests as the atmosphere in and around this home helped make this happen. We stayed for two nights at the cabin on Cougar Crossing Way in Sevierville and had a comfortable, relaxing trip. The location was convenient for Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, so we spent less time driving between attractions. The cabin was clean and well kept, check-in was easy, and the host communicated clearly and answered our questions quickly. It was a quiet, peaceful place to come back to after full days of sightseeing. We’d happily stay again and would recommend it to families or couples visiting the Smokies.

The house was better than we imagined ! It’s very spacious and never once did we feel like we were gathering on top of one another !! If we had any questions at all, host Ricky answered them quickly ! The house has a great location and the bears were on scene every day !!

We always travel with a big group so it’s a lot trying to get everyone together on top of following all check out routines. That was a plus for sure! Very responsive which I loved! My family and I booked a last minute trip to Gatlinburg and this place did not disappoint. It was very clean, well stocked, and had so many amenities for everyone including my one and four year old. Ricky was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We may even pick up playing pickle ball after trying it out here. Also, if you are looking for a good local bar/restaraunt, the sloppy hog is very good and only a couple mins down the street. Would definitely stay here again! :)

The stairs to the pool were a bit unexpected so please confirm with the host if you have any needs or accommodation la that might make stairs difficult. We had a great time. Had a couple hiccups but Ricky had it fixed with no problem. My grown boy acted like they were 12 again in the pool! Sunsets amazing. Already making plans for next year. We absolutely loved Ricky’s place! We spent our honeymoon here, and it was perfect for the two of us. Ricky was very responsive, helpful, and even checked in on us after we arrived to make sure everything was going well. The place was very clean, and the amenities were great! They truly provided everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We especially loved relaxing in the hot tub on the chilly nights and having access to the community mini golf! The location was also great, only about 10 minutes from all the activities in Pigeon Forge and 30 minutes from Gatlinburg. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our honeymoon! We would 10/10 recommend staying here and would absolutely come back again!

Our family including two boys had a wonderful time during our stay. The cabin had plenty of activities to keep the kids entertained. We enjoyed the downstairs recliners to watch football all weekend. The location is perfect to access Pigeon Forge and the surrounding areas. Ricky was quick to respond with any questions. Highly recommend a visit.

The indoor pool was not up to par (water was cloudy) so we didn't use it, but that is not the host's fault. We had a great time and would come again!

The kitchen deserves special mention! With dual refrigerators, stoves, sinks, and everything needed, it was perfectly planned for large groups. Cooking and entertaining were a breeze! The backyard was spectacular, perfect for relaxing and making memories. The fireplace made our evenings special. The host was fantastic—extremely responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. And the cherry on top? Checkout! No cleaning lists, laundry, or chores. Just pack up and leave! Such a refreshing change that made the vacation feel like a vacation until the end. After a long day exploring the mountains, coming back to the cabin with the kids was amazing. The adults got to relax and the kids played hard. If we had any problems the host were quick to respond and fix problems fast. It made the vacation stress free. 110% worth it.

This was maybe one of the cleanest airbnbs we’ve stayed at! We were thoroughly impressed. The location is great, close enough that you can DoorDash anything you forgot at the store but secluded enough you still feel out in the mountains. I was initially concerned about how close the cabins sat next to each other, but there are amazing Mountain View’s from the porch. Definitely worth it! Our kids loved the arcade games and especially the pool. We had 4 kids with us, and the pool was the perfect size for them to splash around in and play! We would definitely stay again!

It was THE perfect cabin with the most perfect location. It was quiet, serene and peaceful. We desperately needed a couple of days to unwind, detach and get much needed rest. As business owners and parents of 5 college age kids, we are always on tap 24/7. This was the most perfect little getaway for my wife’s birthday. The cabin was extremely clean and efficient. Everything we needed was right there. The hot tub was fantastic! It is a great size for just a couple or a family of 4/5. I loved that everything was one level. The location was great too! We were only 15 minutes from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We will definitely return again!
