We had a fantastic stay in TN. The house was in great condition and in a great location. Please do know it’s quite a climb by car to get there and getting into the house requires several stairs. The carport was nice especially when we had a few rain showers. The grill and outdoor furniture was nice, although we wished for a larger table outside to eat as a family. The hot tub was not working when we arrived but after messaging Ricky, he had someone out in less than an hour. The house was clean and furniture was nice - again wish there was a full kitchen table to eat at but we made it work with the tall table and bar seating. The beds were fine- sheets could have been better. The ones on the king kept popping off as we slept- need deeper corners. Also the bunk room is decorated differently than the images and the game machines had some trouble- no audio and controls not working exactly right. All in all a great place and a fantastic host. Also! The house has a whole house generator!

We had such a lovely stay, we wish we had stayed longer! The view is exactly as pictured, so stunning. The house felt so homey and had everything we needed. Its location was close to town and anything you needed, but still in the mountains and quiet and peaceful. Our kids loved the gaming systems and that they had their own space to play. We loved this cabin!

Ricky’s place was just as the pictures depicted. The views were so breathtaking! The best part was the covered level parking area. My wife being 5 months pregnant would have struggled if not for the level parking area. Ricky reached out daily to make sure our experience was as great as it could be. Mama already said she wants to come back to this cabin! I would’ve given 6 stars if I had the option.

We had a wonderful stay! Ricky was incredibly responsive, friendly, and easy to communicate with throughout our trip. We had an unexpected issue with a bear getting into the trash, and he took care of it right away, which we really appreciated. The cabin was beautiful, clean, and had absolutely breathtaking mountain views. The peaceful setting made it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the Smokies. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again. We highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with amazing views!

Our family loved our stay here. We had kiddos under 7 and they kept begging us to sell our home and move here! The bunk room was special for them to share, they loved the gaming features, played together in the loft, and lived their best lives in the hot tub. As for the adults, the beds were so comfortable as well as the living area seating. The kitchen is huge—a must vacationing with kiddos. The location was fantastic for doing mostly Pigeon Forge activities. Ricky was incredibly responsive and helpful anytime I messaged. I already miss the back porch view and will look back on this trip fondly.

We recently stayed at this home to celebrate our honeymoon and my graduation with my masters degree (yes all in one year 🫣). Our flight got in earlier than expected and Ricky was so wonderful about responding to us and even letting us check in early! The view is absolutely stunning, the pictures truly don't do it justice. The hot tub was always warm and ready when we wanted to use it and the fireplaces were beautiful when we used them! The covered car parking area was an added bonus as well! The cabin was immaculate, clean and everything we were looking for. It was a short drive down to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, with so much to do and check out. This cabin is really in the perfect location! We did not want to leave after our week there, but look forward to hopefully coming back and bringing our kiddos and family with us! Thank you again for everything!

We had a wonderful long weekend stay at this cabin in Pigeon Forge! Ricky, the property manager, was incredibly responsive and helpful, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The cabin was well-maintained, and we especially appreciated how clean the hot tub was. The views were amazing and the location felt very peaceful. The kid’s room has new bedding without the extra stuffies pictured, which I actually appreciated. One of our favorite features was the cocktail arcade machine in the loft, which provided so much fun for not just my 8yo son, but all the adults too. We had a blast visiting the Dig’n Zone Theme Park in nearby Sevierville—it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better getaway and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing time at Ricky’s cabin the view was absolutely breathtaking, and the pictures honestly don’t do it justice. Ricky was a great host; even before booking, he answered all of my questions, and once we booked, he made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The cabin was fully stocked with everything listed. My family and I enjoyed our home cooked meals while overlooking that beautiful view every night. To get to the cabin, our 2-wheel-drive rental car did just fine. The beds were very comfortable, and Ricky provided plenty of towels. We also really enjoyed the Pac-Man game and the great book selection, which I personally loved. The cabin is close to all the activities that Pigeon Forge has to offer, making it a perfect location.
