We had a wonderful long weekend stay at this cabin in Pigeon Forge! Ricky, the property manager, was incredibly responsive and helpful, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The cabin was well-maintained, and we especially appreciated how clean the hot tub was. The views were amazing and the location felt very peaceful. The kid’s room has new bedding without the extra stuffies pictured, which I actually appreciated. One of our favorite features was the cocktail arcade machine in the loft, which provided so much fun for not just my 8yo son, but all the adults too. We had a blast visiting the Dig’n Zone Theme Park in nearby Sevierville—it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better getaway and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

This cabin was a wonderful find. A lot of little things went into making the stay amazing. Fresh toiletries, extra towels, and clear instructions made everything from check in to check out easy to follow. I would recommend this host and property anytime.

Our stay here was good overall. We really enjoyed the beautiful view! Loved the sprawling green kitchen and hot tub. We were disappointed to find out upon arrival that the kids room was not as pictured. It did not have the arcade machine or the fun lights/decor which was a big part of the reason we selected the home for our 3 kids. Ricky was responsive and advised they were in process of replacing it, however that was not shared until after I reached out. We were also unable to use the fireplace - the pilot would not stay lit and we had to message Ricky for instructions since they were not in the home or in the welcome communication. Ricky was responsive and offered to send a tech out, which we declined since we already had a tech out to fill the hot tub. Lastly, there were a lot of stink bugs in the kids room and adjacent room. We did not raise this concern during our stay but this was unpleasant to say the least. Some TLC and proactive communication would definitely make this 5⭐️

I have been to Gatlinburg over 50x and this will be my 1st time ever doing a bad review. This trip was for my austic son turning 5 and is obsessed with Mario, the description/photos showed a room/bedroom decorated in complete Mario, when we arrived that room wasn’t there, we chose this cabin to match his bday theme so imagine your son excited to see a room that’s not there.The hot tub had a poop odor, there were mice in the kitchen and bring your own coffee stuff even filters for the coffe pot! None of the bedrooms have attached bathrooms,no master, bathtub downstairs was dirty and had hair in it. Firplaces don’t work, I messaged he said he would reach out to maintenance never heard back. You can whisper in the kitchen and they can hear you upstairs, any movement is very loud I could hear my daughter turn in her bed upstairs from downstairs.Took host til next day to respond when message. Spider webs in all rooms, be ready to sleep with stink bugs!!! Smoke detectors beeped whole stay!!

We absolutely LOVED our stay! BEAUTIFUL home & the views were astonishing! Ricky was responsive and proactive in communication for check in and check our processes! We were able to get early check in - and being on the road for 8 hours with 4 kids - it was a life saver when we were able to get in early! We hope to be back soon!

The location is perfect to get to/from everything. The views are amazing from the back deck. Although we had neighbors fairly close by, it felt very private. The home is a great space and had everything we needed for our trip. Highly recommend

We had a great stay at Ricky’s place! The cabin was beautiful and had a great view. We were close to town and even though it was close to other homes it was very peaceful and felt private. The cabin had everything that was needed for our family and we would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing time at Ricky’s cabin the view was absolutely breathtaking, and the pictures honestly don’t do it justice. Ricky was a great host; even before booking, he answered all of my questions, and once we booked, he made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The cabin was fully stocked with everything listed. My family and I enjoyed our home cooked meals while overlooking that beautiful view every night. To get to the cabin, our 2-wheel-drive rental car did just fine. The beds were very comfortable, and Ricky provided plenty of towels. We also really enjoyed the Pac-Man game and the great book selection, which I personally loved. The cabin is close to all the activities that Pigeon Forge has to offer, making it a perfect location.
