What is your cancellation policy?

Full Refund: Guests can receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, provided the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in. 50% Refund: If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they are entitled to a 50% refund for all nights. No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are not eligible for a refund. Cleaning Fees: These are always refunded if the guest cancels before check-in, regardless of the cancellation policy.

Can I check in early or check out late?

We're happy to offer early check-ins or late check-outs whenever possible, but please note that these requests are based on availability and our housekeeping team's schedule. We always want to make sure each room is properly cleaned and prepared to our standards for every guest’s comfort. If you're interested in arriving early or staying a little later, feel free to reach out closer to your arrival or departure date—we'll do our best to accommodate you!

What is our cleaning and inspection process?

We take great pride in providing a clean, safe, and welcoming space for every guest. Each of our cabins is thoroughly cleaned by our dedicated All-Star Cleaning Team, who work hard to ensure every detail is just right. After the initial clean, an independent inspection company performs a detailed check of the cabin. No cabin is considered guest-ready until it has passed a full inspection and been officially signed off by the inspector. For added comfort and hygiene: Hot tubs are completely drained, cleaned, and refilled after every stay, ensuring fresh water for each new guest. In our indoor pool cabins, the pools are carefully cleaned, the temperature is tested, and a chemical balance reading is taken before each check-in. Photos of the clean, along with the temp and chemical balance results, are sent to the property manager and must pass inspection before guests arrive. These steps are part of our commitment to offering you not just a beautiful place to stay—but a meticulously prepared one.

Great, cozy cabin for a family of seven. Conveniently located near many attractions and restaurants. We encountered one minor issue, and Ricky responded promptly and sent someone out to fix it. The pool was well stocked with plenty of towels and fun items for the kids. The arcade and board games were a big hit! Highly recommend and would definitely book again.

This cabin was amazing! We were a party of 8 and the cabin had enough room for all of us, and then some! The large dining table worked great for all of us to eat together and to play games. There were plenty of spaces for people to do their own thing. The living area had enough seats for all of us, as did the movie room. The game room was a total hit! Four very nice bedrooms with a bathroom for each! The host was super fast responding when we messaged him. We would 100% go back!

This cabin is awesome!!!! Loved the close proximity to all of the area attractions but the remoteness of it as well! After a long day of travel with two kids it was so nice to have porch lights on, the Christmas tree twinkling and soft music playing! What a welcome treat! This cabin is absolutely stunning! Loved the layout, game room, pool, and hot tub! We could also bring our dog for no extra charge! Some other places were charging $300! Thank you! Thank you! We will be back!

The cabin was beautodul and situated in a picturesque location. The cabin was immaculately cleaned and I loved that each room had their own bathroom. The pool was perfect for the kiddos and the kitchen was well stocked. Close enough to the city so you could get what you needed but far enough out that it was in a secluded rural area. A wonderful cabin, my kids loved the pool. Clean, beautifully decorated. Very helpful host, responded to us within minutes! I really loved this Cabin, it was really nice! The pool was perfect for the kids and even had stuff for them to swim in the pool with. The game room was nice! I felt at home with this cabin.. they had plenty of pot and pans and dishes for us as well, it had washer & dryer so that was a plus as well. I would definitely book this same one again! SUPER CLOSE to the strip for activities and food! (7-10 mins away) but if you looking for a cabin, this is the ONE! Thanks Ricky

Absolutely Perfect Weekend and Beautiful Cabin! My wife and I had never taken the family to the cabins before, usually we go on our on. We searched and found this cabin on Airbnb. We crossed our fingers and booked it. I am so glad we did. The cabin was Perfect. We loved the atmosphere and I couldnt have imagined it being so nice. The whole family loved the cabin and location. We were relatively close to everything but were far enough to feel like we had our privacy. Cabin was clean, smelled good, and it was sooo big. I wish we had some cleaning supplies i.e. more than one laundry pod, one roll of paper towels and 3 dishwasher pods. For as much as we paid I excepted a little bit more in that area, but our host was super responsive and always willing to help when we had questions/concerns. I think we will for sure book with Ricky again!

My family and I absolutely loved this cabin. We come to the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area at least 3-4 times a year and this by far is our favorite cabin. It felt right at home, peaceful, spacious. Excellent for kids. The bed were so comfy and nice. I would recommend everyone stay at one of their cabins. We only had one issue and that was it was a lot hotter upstairs than it was downstairs but we mainly stayed in the hot tub, pool, living room & theatre room so even that wasn’t much of an issue. 10/10 will look for more of Ricky’s listings!

This is my 2nd year renting one of Ricky's cabins. This cabin has lots of room to spread out and the game room was a huge hit with everyone. The kitchen is well stocked. There were a couple of things that could have been a touch cleaner and the spiral staircase to the pool was a little hard to navigate with a 1yr old, but I'd definitely stay here again. Speaking from last year and now, communication and response time is A+. Highly recommend.

Definitely book this cabin!! This is by far my favorite airbnb that I've stayed at! Fantastic location very close to everything! All paved roads, very easy to find. Gated community, the neighborhood was very quiet. The cabin was spotless extremely clean and very organized! I typically always find something dirty not at the cabin!! The kitchen is very well stocked and organized! Beds are super comfy and pillows were great, every bedroom has its own bathroom! The pool was warm we really enjoyed the privacy of having the pool inside. The arcade games are alot of fun, we liked that they also had several board games too! The hot tub was very clean! The host was fantastic! We very much enjoyed our stay, we would definitely stay again! 5 stars excellent property!!!
