What is your cancellation policy?

Full Refund: Guests can receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, provided the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in. 50% Refund: If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they are entitled to a 50% refund for all nights. No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are not eligible for a refund. Cleaning Fees: These are always refunded if the guest cancels before check-in, regardless of the cancellation policy.

Can I check in early or check out late?

We're happy to offer early check-ins or late check-outs whenever possible, but please note that these requests are based on availability and our housekeeping team's schedule. We always want to make sure each room is properly cleaned and prepared to our standards for every guest’s comfort. If you're interested in arriving early or staying a little later, feel free to reach out closer to your arrival or departure date—we'll do our best to accommodate you!

What is our cleaning and inspection process?

We take great pride in providing a clean, safe, and welcoming space for every guest. Each of our cabins is thoroughly cleaned by our dedicated All-Star Cleaning Team, who work hard to ensure every detail is just right. After the initial clean, an independent inspection company performs a detailed check of the cabin. No cabin is considered guest-ready until it has passed a full inspection and been officially signed off by the inspector. For added comfort and hygiene: Hot tubs are completely drained, cleaned, and refilled after every stay, ensuring fresh water for each new guest. In our indoor pool cabins, the pools are carefully cleaned, the temperature is tested, and a chemical balance reading is taken before each check-in. Photos of the clean, along with the temp and chemical balance results, are sent to the property manager and must pass inspection before guests arrive. These steps are part of our commitment to offering you not just a beautiful place to stay—but a meticulously prepared one.

Amazing stay. Cabin was one of three on a dead end road so very private and peaceful. Lots of amenities so we rarely left the cabin. However, it’s an easy drive to Dollywood and other Pigeon Forge activities. Plenty of space to spread out. VERY clean. Note the pool was only accessible by the spiral staircase which was a little intimidating for us older people but kids loved it. We especially loved that there was enough couch and table space for the amount of sleeping area. Hosts checked in via message everyday to make sure everything was good.

It was in a nice location for scenery but still a very close drive to the attractions. The hosts were helpful with answering questions including helping me find the place when I took a wrong turn. My family and I had a pleasant stay. The host is very friendly and cooperative. The kids enjoyed it. The place is clean and in a good location. There’s two things that I didn’t like. The pool is kinda small. I think it’s only meant for kids. and I also didn’t like the hot tub location facing other buildings. Other than that I highly recommend this place.

It was as beautiful in person as it was in pictures. We traveled with a party of 14 and a dog. Everything was clean and in great condition. The location was peaceful and serene. It was close enough to down town Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We loved that we were able to sit comfortably around the big table. The beds were super comfortable, and we were able to get a great night's sleep each night. When we contacted Ricky, he responded within minutes. We really enjoyed our stay!

We had multiple issues were encountered during our stay. We had to ask frequently for amenities that are supposed to already provided: sufficient towels for 11 guests, enough quilts for all the beds, conditioner. The front door only had an electric lock WITHOUT a deadbolt so it was unsafe for a party with toddlers. All the rugs were curved in the corners making them tripping hazards. Multiple toilet paper holders were broken. All 4 bedrooms are "masters" with private bathrooms that are not accessible to the guest staying on the pull out sofas. Multiple interruptions during our stay: cable guy, having to change the smoke alarm batteries. Construction was done during our rental time, having to move our cars, loud noises with smoke. Trash was not picked up frequently enough to accommodate multiple guest over multiple days. Not picked up at all during our 6 day stay for 11 guests. Overall, very disappointed and not worth over $5000 we spent.

Quiet, peaceful and clean. Loved that Dollywood, pigeon forge and Gatlinburg are all within a 20 minute drive. Grocery stores are nearby and Walmart will do a delivery right to the porch. It was my nephew's birthday on our arrival day and I pre coordinated with Rickey to have birthday decor in the house! We were so thankful. Loved this cabin! There is a porch but it does not wrap around to the back only the side. Loved the pool and hot tub. Loved the long dining table for us to gather. Loved that every room had its own full bath. There is a Keurig not just a drip pot. Was glad to have access to the broom and vacuum for cleanup. Would definitely recommend this cabin and stay again.

Family of 10.. stayed from Saturday-Thursday.. this place is amazing.. something for everyone,, all ages.. everyone one on the trip had a great time!, no matter what the weather was doing! If it rained we stayed in and enjoyed the pool, hot tub and games,, when it was nice we enjoyed the sites! Best of both worlds. Ricky was awesome as well checking in on us to make sure we were always good. I would give them 10 stars if I could!!

We had a great time @ this cabin! It sits at the end of a short road between two other cabins in a very wooded area. Just beautiful! We got some of the best pics right across the street from this cabin..beautiful mountain scenery! It was very peaceful yet close to all the activities in Pigeon Forge and just a short drive from Gatlinburg. The cabin was very clean, well appointed, and we loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom..super convenient. Kids enjoyed having their own space in the theater room and game room upstairs! Pool was fun and super clean. Hot tub was great & very clean as well! Host was super responsive & answered the few questions that I had very quickly. We would definitely stay here again :)
