Such a wonderful place! If you are looking for peace and quiet and tranquility this is the place to stay. just minutes outside of pigeon forge but very peaceful and quiet with nature surrounding it. would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to get away!! The host was very responsive and helped with anything that was needed immediately.

Loved the cabin, was cozy quaint. Very comfortable master bedroom. We loved being in the snow. The host is very communicative. And because we were locked in there during the winter storm they offered us if we needed extra days to stay safe. Would highly recommend the host. The kitchen utensils were stocked very nicely. Had plenty of items to use when cooking. Loved the games and Pool Table a lot! Hot tub was nice during the cold days and nights. Would love to come back!

We enjoyed the stay with the kiddos in this beautiful home. It was a wonderful location between Gatlinburg and the Smoky Mountains National Park just like we wanted. Very clean home with everything we needed for an easy trip. The indoor pool was a wonderful addition for our water loving kiddos to swim even in the winter. It was a beautiful place, great stay! Ricky communicated great, we picked this place because it said nothing about pets and we have to bring our dog for medical reasons. Well the cleaning lady shows up taking pictures of our dog in the car and everything else violating our privacy. Because she said pets weren’t allowed, I said since when? We didn’t see anything about that when we booked and nobody told us that’s why we picked this place, that’s when she proceeded to take photos of inside our car and said she was going to tell whoever…. Other than that nice place, great stay! PS: this is a great place for pets! Also we seen two other dogs in our area as well!

The Honey Bear Cabin was a beautiful place to stay. Lots of amenities for the family to enjoy. Instructions were straight forward and there was not a lot of extra chores to do at check out. We enjoyed the free mini golf, pool, hot tub, large jetted tub, the pool table, and foosball table. The upstairs loft was a great area for movie nights and fun games. There is also a faux fireplace, grill, and sauna but we did not use those during our stay. The only thing we could think of for an improvement would be newer cooking items, but there was everything you could need. We baked cookies and made our meals everyday.

We take Our Granddaughter to TN yearly. She is 6 now. We always look for a cabin that will be Perfect for her. This cabin was Exactly That! It was So Cozy and Comfortable. As she said; It feels like Home! Everything was there at the cabin that we needed for our stay. We did a Grocery Delivery and was set. Alot of time was spent at the indoor pool, which she loves. So overall as Our Granddaughter said This was an Amazing Trip and she definitely wants to stay at this same cabin again. She said she would give Our Stay 10 STARS! Ricky is an Awesome Host. He emails and let's you know Everything you need and can do within the area. Staying here made it so much easier with him taking care of Us. When it is 4 of Us going We plan to see if the cabin is available first before we search for any others. We Appreciate Ricky making Our Stay a 5+Star Stay!! He Did Great!!

I appreciated the location my kids loved the pool table and arcade game, I appreciated the washer and dryer. It was great for what we needed. Ricky communicated with us wonderfully. we did take advantage of the pool and mini golf. We did not cook, normally we would have, but we ate out more than normal, had I known we were going to do that, I would have gotten something a smidge cheaper because I normally try to eat a few more meals at the place we stay, that was on us though, the price is great for what we got and the over all experience was great. thank you.

I can’t say enough about Ricky as a host & the cabin. It’s such a nice quiet area, yet literally a few minutes from pigeon forge. Ricky was a fantastic host! Our trip started at another cabin we rented through another company. It ended up having a huge safety issue and we had to leave our cabin immediately the next day. We booked Ricky’s cabin at 10am, and after messaging him about our mishap, he let us check in IMMEDIATELY!! He also had a brand new BBQ delivered while we were there because the previous one had issues, and the next day sent someone with more propane so we could continue to use it. Ricky checked in with us every day of our stay, and made sure everything was up to par. BEST cabin experience. The cabin is clean, and beautiful. It’s so spacious yet not too big. The lights around the wrap around porch are a total vibe. I’ll 100% be booking this cabin again, or any of his other properties for that matter. 10/10 experience!

Our stay at Ricky’s cabin was just wonderful! The cabin was well equipped, the hot tub was ready for us upon our arrival and amazing, the beds were made and very comfortable.
