What are your check in and check out times?
Our check in time is 4PM EST and our check out time is 10AM EST.
What is your cancellation policy?
Full Refund: Guests can receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, provided the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in. 50% Refund: If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they are entitled to a 50% refund for all nights. No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are not eligible for a refund. Cleaning Fees: These are always refunded if the guest cancels before check-in, regardless of the cancellation policy.
Can I check in early or check out late?
We're happy to offer early check-ins or late check-outs whenever possible, but please note that these requests are based on availability and our housekeeping team's schedule. We always want to make sure each room is properly cleaned and prepared to our standards for every guest’s comfort. If you're interested in arriving early or staying a little later, feel free to reach out closer to your arrival or departure date—we'll do our best to accommodate you!
What is our cleaning and inspection process?
We take great pride in providing a clean, safe, and welcoming space for every guest. Each of our cabins is thoroughly cleaned by our dedicated All-Star Cleaning Team, who work hard to ensure every detail is just right. After the initial clean, an independent inspection company performs a detailed check of the cabin. No cabin is considered guest-ready until it has passed a full inspection and been officially signed off by the inspector. For added comfort and hygiene: Hot tubs are completely drained, cleaned, and refilled after every stay, ensuring fresh water for each new guest. In our indoor pool cabins, the pools are carefully cleaned, the temperature is tested, and a chemical balance reading is taken before each check-in. Photos of the clean, along with the temp and chemical balance results, are sent to the property manager and must pass inspection before guests arrive. These steps are part of our commitment to offering you not just a beautiful place to stay—but a meticulously prepared one.

Ricky & Jodi were amazing! They were very responsive when I had a few questions. The place was perfect! My girls had so much room upstairs! Just a note for future visitors, don’t leave food in your vehicle AT ALL. There’s a bear that comes around and likes to see what you have to snack on.

We stayed at Ricky's place and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about our stay. Absolutely beautiful cabin decorated so tastefully and it was very clean. We love this particular neighborhood of cabins it is very secluded and has a really great community pool. Ricky's communication was so helpful and it was a great stay. Highly recommend this host! This place was great! Very clean, enough room for my group of people. Only thing I would suggest is to put a door handle on the door inside and out. As we had grandparents with us and the door was a little tricky for them to open and close. Absolutely loved the view from the balcony, you could see Dollywood's fireworks every night around 9 p.m.

We had a great time! My kids absolutely loved having the game room upstairs and their own space. We will absolutely be staying here again in the future. The cabin was not far from parkway and close to the Tanger Outlets.

We had a fantastic stay in TN. The house was in great condition and in a great location. Please do know it’s quite a climb by car to get there and getting into the house requires several stairs. The carport was nice especially when we had a few rain showers. The grill and outdoor furniture was nice, although we wished for a larger table outside to eat as a family. The hot tub was not working when we arrived but after messaging Ricky, he had someone out in less than an hour. The house was clean and furniture was nice - again wish there was a full kitchen table to eat at but we made it work with the tall table and bar seating. The beds were fine- sheets could have been better. The ones on the king kept popping off as we slept- need deeper corners. Also the bunk room is decorated differently than the images and the game machines had some trouble- no audio and controls not working exactly right. All in all a great place and a fantastic host. Also! The house has a whole house generator!

Seriously can’t say enough good things about this cabin. The location was great. It was close enough to everything but also far enough away to feel like an escape. Everything you see in the pictures is what you get. The space was very clean. The gaming systems were a great addition because there were several periods of rain while we were there.
