Great place. Worth a second trip!

Words cannot describe how amazing Ricky’s place was ! To the communication from when we booked all the way until check out. We loved it soo much we even added an extra day to our trip and it was definitely worth it! Any questions/problems we had Ricky would respond in a matter of minutes with a solution! Before leaving today we ran into some car troubles and had to stay a couple extra hours, We let Ricky know and even told him if he needed to charge us it was completely fine since we were there after our check out hours! Ricky let us know that he wouldn’t charge us for something like this and we could even stay inside and wait until we got our car fixed! Definitely one of those hosts that help make your trip unforgettable and LESS STRESSFUL !. I would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone wanting to come and explore the smokies! We had a group of 4 so the upstairs was definitely our favorite part to all hang out after being out all day 5 STARS ⭐️ ALL AROUND!

We had a great stay, beautiful views! Kids loved the arcade game, helped them focus on something while we packed up. Kiddos loved swimming every day.

Ricky is an amazing host! This condo was absolutely perfect in all ways. The scenery from the balcony is amazing, along with my morning coffee, and everything that I had hoped for during this stay. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Top of the line bath towels and a very clean bathroom. I will absolutely stay here, or any of Ricky's 35, properties.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful cabin! The mountain views were stunning, and the setting was incredibly peaceful and quiet. The cabin itself was immaculate, cozy, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable getaway. It was the perfect mountain escape, and we would definitely stay here again!

Amazing experience

The place was amazing; I wanted to take the bed with me. There was plenty of room for all of the guests. I would recommend this place and would definitely be open to booking again.

Ricky was a wonderful host! We had no issues finding the place and it was well stocked with everything that we needed. We loved the location as it was close enough to gatlinburg but not right in the middle of everything. I highly recommend his listing and would stay again!

Ricky’s home was very peaceful and clean! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is tucked away just enough to ensure privacy with even a screen when using the hot tub. The view is spectacular from the main bedroom. I would definitely recommend for anyone to visit!!

The place was as described. Beautiful view and close to everything. Ricky was responded quickly to any questions. The only problem we had is that we are light sleepers and the hot tub pump runs periodically and in our opinion is noisy since it is just outside of the bedroom on the back porch. We finally had to shut it off. Also the bathroom shower dripped all the time and you had to shut the bathroom door to not hear it while sleeping. Other than those 2 items the cabin and amenities were great.

Ricky’s cabin was the perfect experience for our family vacation. Everything was setup as described. Would most definitely recommend this place!

Perfect weekend getaway

Beautiful cabin and an amazing host! He was so accommodating, even honoring our reservation after he bought the cabin, and very responsive the whole stay. The pool alarm was a bit finicky, but otherwise we loved it and would happily stay again!

This was an amazing place to stay. The wrap around porch gave you privacy with fantastic views! I loved how each bedroom had their own bathroom. Ricky was incredible. He addressed any concerns immediately so we could have a wonder vacation with no worries. He checked in with us to make sure we were pleased with everything. I hated to leave, but Ricky made the checkout process so easy. No chores to do before we left. I would highly recommend this place!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful cabin! The cabin was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location is wonderfully peaceful and quiet—you can sit outside and hear nothing but the gentle rustling of the leaves in the trees.It’s also conveniently located near Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, with plenty of restaurants and attractions just a short drive away. We especially enjoyed sitting on the deck in the mornings with a cup of coffee and taking in the peaceful surroundings.Ricky was a wonderful host—very easy to communicate with and always quick to respond to any questions we had. We truly appreciated his hospitality and attention to our needs.Thank you, Ricky, for allowing us to stay in your beautiful cabin. We had a wonderful time and would definitely love to come back!
