What are your check in and check out times?
Our check in time is 4PM EST and our check out time is 10AM EST.
What is your cancellation policy?
Full Refund: Guests can receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, provided the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in. 50% Refund: If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they are entitled to a 50% refund for all nights. No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are not eligible for a refund. Cleaning Fees: These are always refunded if the guest cancels before check-in, regardless of the cancellation policy.
Can I check in early or check out late?
We're happy to offer early check-ins or late check-outs whenever possible, but please note that these requests are based on availability and our housekeeping team's schedule. We always want to make sure each room is properly cleaned and prepared to our standards for every guest’s comfort. If you're interested in arriving early or staying a little later, feel free to reach out closer to your arrival or departure date—we'll do our best to accommodate you!
What is our cleaning and inspection process?
We take great pride in providing a clean, safe, and welcoming space for every guest. Each of our cabins is thoroughly cleaned by our dedicated All-Star Cleaning Team, who work hard to ensure every detail is just right. After the initial clean, an independent inspection company performs a detailed check of the cabin. No cabin is considered guest-ready until it has passed a full inspection and been officially signed off by the inspector. For added comfort and hygiene: Hot tubs are completely drained, cleaned, and refilled after every stay, ensuring fresh water for each new guest. In our indoor pool cabins, the pools are carefully cleaned, the temperature is tested, and a chemical balance reading is taken before each check-in. Photos of the clean, along with the temp and chemical balance results, are sent to the property manager and must pass inspection before guests arrive. These steps are part of our commitment to offering you not just a beautiful place to stay—but a meticulously prepared one.

We absolutely loved our time spent in Tennessee! This cabin was ideal for our family of five. We loved spending time playing pool, the arcade game and definitely utilized the hot tub!! We also enjoyed time at the nearby pool. The location was beautiful and this cabin has breathtaking views. Ricky was very responsive (often times within minutes!) We would definitely stay here again if we return to Tennessee.

We had a great stay! The cabin was very clean and well maintained, and the pool was definitely one of the highlights for our group. The host was extremely responsive and did everything they could to accommodate us. They even reached out during our stay just to make sure everything was going well, which we really appreciated. The location was beautiful, and getting to see bears nearby made the Smoky Mountain experience even more memorable. 🐻 Another big plus was that there wasn’t a long list of cleaning chores to do before leaving, which made checkout much easier and more relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place, especially for families or larger groups!

The cabin was very clean with beautiful views! My family of 7 enjoyed our stay here. Great location close to everything but off the parkway enough to be quiet and peaceful! My kids loved the game room and bunk beds!

This place was amazing! Fantastic views, beautiful home with lots of space for everyone. We were here with a large group for a family vacation and it couldn’t have been any better. The pictures on the listing were spot on. The pavilion was a great place for family dinners and the pool was a big hit. And close proximity to everything the area has to offer. The cabin was excellent. There were a few minor issues, but Ricky made sure they were taken care of promptly. The cabin was extremely clean, lots of games for the kids. The theater was great also, but the best by far were the views. Beautiful views, especially at night. The sunset view was amazing. We will have to book this one again. Thank you Ricky for being on top of things, we really appreciated that.

Ricky was able to accommodate us VERY last minute as our original host cancelled on us unexpectedly the evening before check in. The cabin looked as pictured and was spotless! Check in instructions were thorough which made our arrival a breeze. There was an issue with the shower in one of the bathrooms and when I contacted Ricky he sent someone to check right away. Ultimately it was an “operator error” aka a “me problem” so nothing needed fixed or replaced. Nonetheless he addressed the concerned in a timely manner. Check out was also easy as there were no “chores” to complete. I would have liked the hot tub to be a little warmer but that would deter me from booking here again! Thank you Ricky!
