What are your check in and check out times?

Our check in time is 4PM EST and our check out time is 10AM EST.

What is your cancellation policy?

Full Refund: Guests can receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, provided the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in. 50% Refund: If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they are entitled to a 50% refund for all nights. No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are not eligible for a refund. Cleaning Fees: These are always refunded if the guest cancels before check-in, regardless of the cancellation policy. ​

Can I check in early or check out late?

We're happy to offer early check-ins or late check-outs whenever possible, but please note that these requests are based on availability and our housekeeping team's schedule. We always want to make sure each room is properly cleaned and prepared to our standards for every guest’s comfort. If you're interested in arriving early or staying a little later, feel free to reach out closer to your arrival or departure date—we'll do our best to accommodate you!

What is our cleaning and inspection process?

We take great pride in providing a clean, safe, and welcoming space for every guest. Each of our cabins is thoroughly cleaned by our dedicated All-Star Cleaning Team, who work hard to ensure every detail is just right. After the initial clean, an independent inspection company performs a detailed check of the cabin. No cabin is considered guest-ready until it has passed a full inspection and been officially signed off by the inspector. For added comfort and hygiene: Hot tubs are completely drained, cleaned, and refilled after every stay, ensuring fresh water for each new guest. In our indoor pool cabins, the pools are carefully cleaned, the temperature is tested, and a chemical balance reading is taken before each check-in. Photos of the clean, along with the temp and chemical balance results, are sent to the property manager and must pass inspection before guests arrive. These steps are part of our commitment to offering you not just a beautiful place to stay—but a meticulously prepared one.

The cabin was beautiful, cozy and well-kept. It was clean upon our arrival. The arcade games and air hockey table kept our children entertained while at the cabin. We recommend this particular cabin and it's host. We plan to book again in the future!

Our stay here was good overall. We really enjoyed the beautiful view! Loved the sprawling green kitchen and hot tub. We were disappointed to find out upon arrival that the kids room was not as pictured. It did not have the arcade machine or the fun lights/decor which was a big part of the reason we selected the home for our 3 kids. Ricky was responsive and advised they were in process of replacing it, however that was not shared until after I reached out. We were also unable to use the fireplace - the pilot would not stay lit and we had to message Ricky for instructions since they were not in the home or in the welcome communication. Ricky was responsive and offered to send a tech out, which we declined since we already had a tech out to fill the hot tub. Lastly, there were a lot of stink bugs in the kids room and adjacent room. We did not raise this concern during our stay but this was unpleasant to say the least. Some TLC and proactive communication would definitely make this 5⭐️

Rikki was a great host. Very responsive and clear information prior to check in so I didn’t really need to reach out during the stay! The cabin was so nice and just as pictured. I did send a few recommendations on a few things that may need some tlc and he was very appreciative of the feedback and noted he would get those taken care of asap!! Would recommend especially if you have kiddos!
