Full Refund: Guests can receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, provided the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.
50% Refund: If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they are entitled to a 50% refund for all nights.
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are not eligible for a refund.
Cleaning Fees: These are always refunded if the guest cancels before check-in, regardless of the cancellation policy.

We take great pride in providing a clean, safe, and welcoming space for every guest. Each of our cabins is thoroughly cleaned by our dedicated All-Star Cleaning Team, who work hard to ensure every detail is just right.
After the initial clean, an independent inspection company performs a detailed check of the cabin. No cabin is considered guest-ready until it has passed a full inspection and been officially signed off by the inspector.
For added comfort and hygiene:
Hot tubs are completely drained, cleaned, and refilled after every stay, ensuring fresh water for each new guest.
In our indoor pool cabins, the pools are carefully cleaned, the temperature is tested, and a chemical balance reading is taken before each check-in. Photos of the clean, along with the temp and chemical balance results, are sent to the property manager and must pass inspection before guests arrive.
These steps are part of our commitment to offering you not just a beautiful place to stay—but a meticulously prepared one.

In the main room there should be a clothes rack and a TV and it should be more attentive with the parking lots since they don't respect your place

The cabin was beautiful, and towards the top of the mountain so the views were as well. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with cooking utensils, etc. Loved the sheet quality in the master bedroom. Excellent communication from the host!
Definitely will stay again and would recommend this place. It was away from everything but still close enough and didn’t have to go up any curvy roads. The host was great and responded quickly.
Ricky’s placed was amazing it felt like home also fit all of our needs definitely recommend booking with him we will definitely be booking with him in the future!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the cabin. My son was amazed by the indoor pool and hot tub. The location was great by being so closed to downtown pigeon forge. Lots of fun activities to do around town as well. We can’t wait to come back to enjoy another stay!

From the time I booked our cabin until we checked out Ricky communicated quickly. The cabin was exactly like the photos and all the fall decorations added to the warmth and coziness. I will definitely recommend the Cubbies Cabin to all our friends
Cabin was lovely and the setting was beautiful. Saw bear, squirrels, and other animals while sitting outside on the porch. The creek was so peaceful to listen to and our hosts were amazing. Great time!

The indoor pool provided a private and safe environment for the kids in our group to play. It was especially nice to have a separate room for each bedroom. The cabin is located away from the hustle and bustle of Pidgeon Forge to relax but close enough when you are ready. Highly recommend for a family vacation.

Words cannot describe how amazing Ricky’s place was ! To the communication from when we booked all the way until check out. We loved it soo much we even added an extra day to our trip and it was definitely worth it! Any questions/problems we had Ricky would respond in a matter of minutes with a solution! Before leaving today we ran into some car troubles and had to stay a couple extra hours, We let Ricky know and even told him if he needed to charge us it was completely fine since we were there after our check out hours! Ricky let us know that he wouldn’t charge us for something like this and we could even stay inside and wait until we got our car fixed! Definitely one of those hosts that help make your trip unforgettable and LESS STRESSFUL !. I would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone wanting to come and explore the smokies! We had a group of 4 so the upstairs was definitely our favorite part to all hang out after being out all day 5 STARS ⭐️ ALL AROUND!
