Great cabin will stay again! Responsive host, clean and comfortable

Ricky’s home was very peaceful and clean! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is tucked away just enough to ensure privacy with even a screen when using the hot tub. The view is spectacular from the main bedroom. I would definitely recommend for anyone to visit!!

The place was as described. Beautiful view and close to everything. Ricky was responded quickly to any questions. The only problem we had is that we are light sleepers and the hot tub pump runs periodically and in our opinion is noisy since it is just outside of the bedroom on the back porch. We finally had to shut it off. Also the bathroom shower dripped all the time and you had to shut the bathroom door to not hear it while sleeping. Other than those 2 items the cabin and amenities were great.

Ricky’s cabin was the perfect experience for our family vacation. Everything was setup as described. Would most definitely recommend this place!

Perfect weekend getaway

Beautiful cabin and an amazing host! He was so accommodating, even honoring our reservation after he bought the cabin, and very responsive the whole stay. The pool alarm was a bit finicky, but otherwise we loved it and would happily stay again!

This was an amazing place to stay. The wrap around porch gave you privacy with fantastic views! I loved how each bedroom had their own bathroom. Ricky was incredible. He addressed any concerns immediately so we could have a wonder vacation with no worries. He checked in with us to make sure we were pleased with everything. I hated to leave, but Ricky made the checkout process so easy. No chores to do before we left. I would highly recommend this place!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful cabin! The cabin was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location is wonderfully peaceful and quiet—you can sit outside and hear nothing but the gentle rustling of the leaves in the trees.It’s also conveniently located near Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, with plenty of restaurants and attractions just a short drive away. We especially enjoyed sitting on the deck in the mornings with a cup of coffee and taking in the peaceful surroundings.Ricky was a wonderful host—very easy to communicate with and always quick to respond to any questions we had. We truly appreciated his hospitality and attention to our needs.Thank you, Ricky, for allowing us to stay in your beautiful cabin. We had a wonderful time and would definitely love to come back!

Absolutely breathtaking views from the porch/windows!! The pictures don’t even do it justice, it’s a sunrise you have to see in person. This is by far the cleanest air bnb we have ever stayed in, even the bathrooms, kitchen and floors were spotless so you feel right at home! Other reviews complained about running out of supplies but we had five people for eight days and still had paper products and trash bags to spare, so they must have had extended stays. The kids room is perfect, they loved the giant bean bag play space that was just for them, and there’s no tv in there so that was one less battle at bedtime. The location was perfect for us, popping us right out into pigeon forge in 15 min or so, we were able to be at Dollywood in less than 20 minutes. This is also the first air bnb we’ve been at where the kids were allowed in the hot tub, which was one of their favorite parts. This location is going to be my first search every year when we need to book, best quality and best place!!

We had a great stay! The cabin was clean, comfortable, and the perfect place to relax after spending the days exploring Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. My girls loved it, and we really enjoyed the peaceful location and mountain atmosphere. Would definitely stay again!

The only issue is that someone in the neighborhood had a drone. Not really something that could be avoided by Ricky though.

We enjoyed our stay at Ricky’s place! The check in process was easy and we had no chores at the end of our stay which was definitely a perk. It was clean, beautiful views, and the hot tub was great. A few minor things…there was no dresser for belongings, water pressure could be better, and one of the games wasn’t working. But overall, great stay!

A little slice of heaven right in between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg! Super accessible location while also feeling very private. The creek is beautiful and so clean. 10/10 would stay again.

We were booked in another cabin, arrived there and there was no ac it was 87° inside! Ricky and his cabin were just made available as we started looking for replacement cabins! Needless to say we were excited to book this amazing cabin! Its in a gated community so you feel more private. A little secluded from town but only a 6 minute drive away! Super clean and everything worked as it should! Thank you Ricky for making our sons 9th birthday a great weekend with family! We WILL be back!
