What are your check in and check out times?

Our check in time is 4PM EST and our check out time is 10AM EST.

What is your cancellation policy?

Full Refund: Guests can receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, provided the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in. 50% Refund: If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they are entitled to a 50% refund for all nights. No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are not eligible for a refund. Cleaning Fees: These are always refunded if the guest cancels before check-in, regardless of the cancellation policy.

Can I check in early or check out late?

We're happy to offer early check-ins or late check-outs whenever possible, but please note that these requests are based on availability and our housekeeping team's schedule. We always want to make sure each room is properly cleaned and prepared to our standards for every guest’s comfort. If you're interested in arriving early or staying a little later, feel free to reach out closer to your arrival or departure date—we'll do our best to accommodate you!

What is our cleaning and inspection process?

We take great pride in providing a clean, safe, and welcoming space for every guest. Each of our cabins is thoroughly cleaned by our dedicated All-Star Cleaning Team, who work hard to ensure every detail is just right. After the initial clean, an independent inspection company performs a detailed check of the cabin. No cabin is considered guest-ready until it has passed a full inspection and been officially signed off by the inspector. For added comfort and hygiene: Hot tubs are completely drained, cleaned, and refilled after every stay, ensuring fresh water for each new guest. In our indoor pool cabins, the pools are carefully cleaned, the temperature is tested, and a chemical balance reading is taken before each check-in. Photos of the clean, along with the temp and chemical balance results, are sent to the property manager and must pass inspection before guests arrive. These steps are part of our commitment to offering you not just a beautiful place to stay—but a meticulously prepared one.

This was a great spot for us for a wedding weekend in the area. Two families-- one empty nesters, the other a family of four with one 16 yo and one 11 yo. The common space was great for the adults to spend hours catching up while the kids played air hockey and skeeball. The house was immaculate and lovely. Ricky was proactively communicative before and during the visit. Would highly recommend.

The place was nice and clean. My only complaints are the lack of skillets, dishwasher isn't very functional and there are too many locks on the front of the door. Kitchen: You can not cook a meal unless you are having soup or something tjr requires a baking sheet. The top shelf of the dishwasher does not pull out and the bottom one doesn't sit well. Front Door: My suggestion would be for the non-functioning locks to be removed and you really need some type of handle to pull the door to while locking. Everything thing else was great!

Ricky was a fantastic and highly responsive host, providing all the necessary information in advance for a seamless check-in. The house was cozy, spotless, and matched all the listed amenities perfectly. We absolutely loved the quiet neighborhood and the amazing mountain views. The patio was our favorite spot to relax, and we spent a lot of time enjoying the hot tub, fire-pit, and outdoor seating and amazing views. Future guests should keep a couple of things in mind, especially for summer stays. Because the house is on a mountain, it can get a bit buggy—particularly in the basement—though Ricky thoughtfully provided bug spray that helped. More importantly, there is no central AC. It got very hot during our stay, and the basement area with the 8 beds lacks AC or fans, making it quite uncomfortable on hotter days. Overall, it’s a beautiful property and a 5-star experience, just come prepared with some portable fans if you're visiting in the summer heat!

Was a wonderful stay! Only suggestion is that if you want coffee on your first morning to bring it with you and coffee filters. Great view to sit and watch in the morning while drinking coffee but we arrived late and weren't prepared for the first morning.
