What are your check in and check out times?
Our check in time is 4PM EST and our check out time is 10AM EST.
What is your cancellation policy?
Full Refund: Guests can receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, provided the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in. 50% Refund: If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they are entitled to a 50% refund for all nights. No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are not eligible for a refund. Cleaning Fees: These are always refunded if the guest cancels before check-in, regardless of the cancellation policy.
Can I check in early or check out late?
We're happy to offer early check-ins or late check-outs whenever possible, but please note that these requests are based on availability and our housekeeping team's schedule. We always want to make sure each room is properly cleaned and prepared to our standards for every guest’s comfort. If you're interested in arriving early or staying a little later, feel free to reach out closer to your arrival or departure date—we'll do our best to accommodate you!
What is our cleaning and inspection process?
We take great pride in providing a clean, safe, and welcoming space for every guest. Each of our cabins is thoroughly cleaned by our dedicated All-Star Cleaning Team, who work hard to ensure every detail is just right. After the initial clean, an independent inspection company performs a detailed check of the cabin. No cabin is considered guest-ready until it has passed a full inspection and been officially signed off by the inspector. For added comfort and hygiene: Hot tubs are completely drained, cleaned, and refilled after every stay, ensuring fresh water for each new guest. In our indoor pool cabins, the pools are carefully cleaned, the temperature is tested, and a chemical balance reading is taken before each check-in. Photos of the clean, along with the temp and chemical balance results, are sent to the property manager and must pass inspection before guests arrive. These steps are part of our commitment to offering you not just a beautiful place to stay—but a meticulously prepared one.

Ricky was extremely organized with messages and directions/instructions. The view from the balcony was breathtaking and we even got to see bears walk by. My complaint is mostly with the apartment maintenance as the window frames, balcony wood, and windows were all in need of fixing. The railing on the balcony made me nervous as there is a gap where the railing bars don’t go across and my youngest could fit through. I was also a little confused why there is no handle/knob on the front door. It made the locking a little hard when hands are full. My last issue was that I was nervous with the upper loft electrical outlets that were coming loose from the wall. Having kids didn’t make this the best thing. Overall this place was okay. Had great views but was run down. The kitchen was extremely tiny and hard to cook/store food in, but it did offer the peace and nature that we were looking for. Overall, we still had a great trip and appreciate the communication and views.

Amazing place and a great host! Our whole family loved it, especially the kids. They had an absolute blast and loved having access to the pools. The place was great, and Ricky was very responsive and helpful with every question I had throughout our stay. You can tell he really cares about his guests and wants them to enjoy their time there. We had a wonderful experience, would absolutely stay here again, and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great family getaway!

My family and I had a blast staying here! Our host were extremely helpful and very quick to respond to any questions we had making our stay easy and stress free. The kids stayed entertained within the cabin throughout each day we stayed; making it easy to create family memories and laughter but also allowing my wife and I to enjoy the beautiful scenery. Each day we had the chance to enjoy everything offered in the description given, also enjoying how close the cabin is to outside activities such as pigeon forge The island, The Tanger outlet, Arcades, and many more.

Place was pristine, it fit me and my kids perfectly. View was beautiful. Outdoor bed swing was great after the sun went down. Most places gave me a strenuous check out procedures to follow. They only asked to lock the door behind us and thier crew would take care of all cleaning. The stay was awsome!!!

My family (wife, 4 kids (17, 15, 10 and 9)) all had a fantastic time. Great location, great view. The kids loved the game room and theater, while the wife and I loved the master bedroom suite. Ricky was very responsive and often knew the questions we would ask before we asked them. Great host, great home and great memories!

We had a wonderful stay at Cubbie’s cabin!! This cabin offered all the kitchen utensils you’ll ever need for cooking at “home”, along with washcloths, towels, and even towels for the hot tub. They’re all labeled “Cubbie’s cabin”, super cute!! It was a very peaceful stay with amazing views!! Very short drive to Pigeon Forge. Thanks Ricky!!
