Great location for a balance of nature and the bustling area of Pigeon Forge. The cabin is an easy drive to the main road through the town, but far enough away to have a peaceful, woodsy setting. The cabin itself is just like the pictures, has a lot of space and plenty to do to keep your group entertained.

The property was clean and very nice. The host was a great communicator. I would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our time here. Positive: Very clean,kitchen well stocked with all the dishes you would need, plenty of towels and blankets. Negative: I can’t say we disliked anything.

We loved our stay during fall break! Close enough to Dollywood and other attractions but also a great place to get away and enjoy the creek and porch sitting. Would recommend!

5*+! Ricky is an excellent host(!) and was always timely with answers to my questions. He checked in with us to make sure all was going well and if we needed anything. We had no issues that needed extra attention. The cabin was very clean and well stocked for basic needs. The decorations, wood work on the walls and ceilings added to the mountain experience. The pictures of the cabin are beautiful but the reality is so much better! Eye candy views of the Smokies right from the porches! 9 of my family gathered and made memories to be cherished beyond our time there. The cabin was so spacious but at the same time cozy. The cabin is private and near all that one may want to experience. There is so much to do right at the cabin that we spent lots of time just enjoying the amenities. I highly recommend Ricky as a host and this cabin as the place to be in the Great Smokie Mountains!

My family and I had an amazing stay here. Ricky was a great host who was easy to communicate with and left no question unanswered. The cabin itself is beautiful and nestled in the mountains with scenic views. It is also not far from restaurants and local attractions. Honestly, we barely wanted to leave the cabin because everything you could want was right there. The indoor pool and game room were especially a hit for my family. I would definitely recommend this home and look forward to staying here again.

Our family absolutely loved staying here for our fall break! The kids loved the loft area and never wanted to leave. Ricky was so helpful and very quick to answer any of our questions. We loved that we were close enough to many attractions but still felt like a mountain cabin get away at the same time. Ricky also did not leave us a list of chores to do when we left which was a HUGE plus!! The kids are already begging to come back asap!! We will definitely book this place again!

The view from third cabin was amazing! Ricky, the host was extremely helpful and very responsive throughout our entire stay. The indoor pool on the lower level was enjoyed by everyone in our group, both young and old! We would absolutely stay again.

My family had a great time during our stay! There was plenty of space to accommodate us as well as entertainment. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The game room was a fun bonus as well. I recommend this place for families that need plenty of space near the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. We would definitely consider returning! Thank you for a great time!

We had six families stay at the cabin for fall break. It was a great experience. The host was amazing to work with and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience! Definitely will be back!

CAUTION!!! This condo was absolutely disgusting before even getting into the unit the halls dirty, door to the condo was dirty once inside the floors were sticky when you walked on them, carpet was stained bed was unmade, dirty shower curtain and bathroom mirror. Kitchen was completely unacceptable as the cabinets were dirty there was food and burnt on grease all over the stove top and range hood, missing knobs on stove, microwave was dirty and rusty. And the beautiful views from the balcony would be great in the event the balcony looked sturdy enough to go out on and the chairs you are supposed to sit on weren't ripped. I contacted the host to see if he would rectify the issues and I was told to contact Vrbo. This host does not care about your time or money, and I feel that families need to be warned so they aren't put in a bad position and have to stay in this unit. We however left after 20 minutes of talking the host and taking lots of pictures as I was not spending my vacation in these conditions.

This place is wonderful, and the host is incredibly warm and helpful.

Before our arrival, Ricky was very responsive and answered all of our questions. At our arrival, we were very surprised at how clean the cabin smelt and looked! The hot tub was definitely a plus, it was much needed after spending our days walking around Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg. The drive to get to anything was about 10-15 mins which was nice and very convenient. Everything was great and we would stay here again!😊
