place was awesome. Pool and hot tub was nice and clean. Host was very responsive and polite. Would highly recommend. Will definitely try to book again next year.

We take great pride in providing a clean, safe, and welcoming space for every guest. Each of our cabins is thoroughly cleaned by our dedicated All-Star Cleaning Team, who work hard to ensure every detail is just right.
After the initial clean, an independent inspection company performs a detailed check of the cabin. No cabin is considered guest-ready until it has passed a full inspection and been officially signed off by the inspector.
For added comfort and hygiene:
Hot tubs are completely drained, cleaned, and refilled after every stay, ensuring fresh water for each new guest.
In our indoor pool cabins, the pools are carefully cleaned, the temperature is tested, and a chemical balance reading is taken before each check-in. Photos of the clean, along with the temp and chemical balance results, are sent to the property manager and must pass inspection before guests arrive.
These steps are part of our commitment to offering you not just a beautiful place to stay—but a meticulously prepared one.

The only issue is that someone in the neighborhood had a drone. Not really something that could be avoided by Ricky though.

We enjoyed our stay at Ricky’s place! The check in process was easy and we had no chores at the end of our stay which was definitely a perk. It was clean, beautiful views, and the hot tub was great. A few minor things…there was no dresser for belongings, water pressure could be better, and one of the games wasn’t working. But overall, great stay!
A little slice of heaven right in between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg! Super accessible location while also feeling very private. The creek is beautiful and so clean. 10/10 would stay again.
We were booked in another cabin, arrived there and there was no ac it was 87° inside! Ricky and his cabin were just made available as we started looking for replacement cabins! Needless to say we were excited to book this amazing cabin! Its in a gated community so you feel more private. A little secluded from town but only a 6 minute drive away! Super clean and everything worked as it should! Thank you Ricky for making our sons 9th birthday a great weekend with family! We WILL be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin. Beautiful views, quiet, and peaceful. The children loved the pool and the hot tub was nice after a long day of hiking. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. Ricky was very attentive and response. Easiest check in and out ever. Great experience.
I was very impressed with the cleanliness of this place. From the ceiling fans to the baseboards, EVERYTHING was spotless. The bedrooms were also impressive. The grandkids enjoyed their spacious room with 2 queen sized bunk beds. And for the adults, our bedrooms were also spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The game room and theatre rooms were a big hit for the grandkids, but my favorite thing was sitting on the screened porch and watching for wildlife early in the morning. At the end of the day, we would return to the porch to watch the sun set behind the silhouette of the mountains. We will definitely rent again if we return to this location.

Easy to get to with gps, easy entry and super easy check out. All the places I have stayed before have only provided 1 roll of toilet paper and maybe one trash bag I came prepared this time with my own and didn’t even need it. Had a fully equipped kitchen good amount of space, nice pool and lots of things to do in the club house. Would recommend staying to others we had a wonderful time
Ricky’s place was wonderful! Very clean and very tidy. All amenities were just as described. Ricky is a great host too, very responsive and clearly described all amenities and instructions. Would highly recommend to anyone coming to the Smoky Mountains!
Nice location, really beautiful cabin with plenty of amenities. The host was super responsive and helpful. Our Roku box stopped working and he had someone replace it within an hour. Really exceptional response time.
