What is your cancellation policy?

Full Refund: Guests can receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, provided the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in. 50% Refund: If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they are entitled to a 50% refund for all nights. No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are not eligible for a refund. Cleaning Fees: These are always refunded if the guest cancels before check-in, regardless of the cancellation policy.

Can I check in early or check out late?

We're happy to offer early check-ins or late check-outs whenever possible, but please note that these requests are based on availability and our housekeeping team's schedule. We always want to make sure each room is properly cleaned and prepared to our standards for every guest’s comfort. If you're interested in arriving early or staying a little later, feel free to reach out closer to your arrival or departure date—we'll do our best to accommodate you!

What is our cleaning and inspection process?

We take great pride in providing a clean, safe, and welcoming space for every guest. Each of our cabins is thoroughly cleaned by our dedicated All-Star Cleaning Team, who work hard to ensure every detail is just right. After the initial clean, an independent inspection company performs a detailed check of the cabin. No cabin is considered guest-ready until it has passed a full inspection and been officially signed off by the inspector. For added comfort and hygiene: Hot tubs are completely drained, cleaned, and refilled after every stay, ensuring fresh water for each new guest. In our indoor pool cabins, the pools are carefully cleaned, the temperature is tested, and a chemical balance reading is taken before each check-in. Photos of the clean, along with the temp and chemical balance results, are sent to the property manager and must pass inspection before guests arrive. These steps are part of our commitment to offering you not just a beautiful place to stay—but a meticulously prepared one.

The place was absolutely beyond my expectations. We loved the apartment, clean and it felt right at home. The host had great local recommendations, and the horses on the property made the experience so unique. It was definitely a peaceful experience. Very close to Franklin and downtown Nashville only 40 minutes away, we wanted something on the country side and it was exactly that but still super close to the city! Thank you to the hosts for making this a memorable experience. Would definitely recommend coming here and if I’m ever back in the area, I wouldn’t mind to come back.

We absolutely LOVED staying here. We came for a staycation, just miles from home, but felt like a true getaway. I loved the horses, but then walking up to our own little bungalow felt like a luxury stay. The horses were never a disruption, only added more peace to the weekend. The best moments were just outside on the comfy chairs overlooking the night sky. The other refreshing difference was the fact that they did not have a great to do list for us to do at the completion of our stay. I always have found that a bit distasteful. But here, I felt like I was being taken care of and that my relaxing staycation was their priority. We cannot wait to return….

Very satisfied with our stay. It was very peaceful and relaxing, also our arrival was very welcoming with a lovely note and a basket full of snacks. The apartment was everything it said it was. We really loved the horses. You can tell the horses were very well cared for and loved. They were super friendly and beautiful. Even tho they had riding lessons in the morning you couldn’t hear anything and not disturbing at all. In fact it was a great way to start your day watching. We would definitely stay there again. Our stay was fabulous. Very private with gated access. The living area is above the high end horse stables. It was such a joy to interact daily with the horses. Plenty of deer and hummingbirds to enjoy as well. We visited Columbia several times on the advise we were given and had a great experience every time. If you love privacy and horses, stay here.
