What are your check in and check out times?

Our check in time is 4PM EST and our check out time is 10AM EST.

What is your cancellation policy?

Full Refund: Guests can receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, provided the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in. 50% Refund: If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they are entitled to a 50% refund for all nights. No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are not eligible for a refund. Cleaning Fees: These are always refunded if the guest cancels before check-in, regardless of the cancellation policy. ​

Can I check in early or check out late?

We're happy to offer early check-ins or late check-outs whenever possible, but please note that these requests are based on availability and our housekeeping team's schedule. We always want to make sure each room is properly cleaned and prepared to our standards for every guest’s comfort. If you're interested in arriving early or staying a little later, feel free to reach out closer to your arrival or departure date—we'll do our best to accommodate you!

What is our cleaning and inspection process?

We take great pride in providing a clean, safe, and welcoming space for every guest. Each of our cabins is thoroughly cleaned by our dedicated All-Star Cleaning Team, who work hard to ensure every detail is just right. After the initial clean, an independent inspection company performs a detailed check of the cabin. No cabin is considered guest-ready until it has passed a full inspection and been officially signed off by the inspector. For added comfort and hygiene: Hot tubs are completely drained, cleaned, and refilled after every stay, ensuring fresh water for each new guest. In our indoor pool cabins, the pools are carefully cleaned, the temperature is tested, and a chemical balance reading is taken before each check-in. Photos of the clean, along with the temp and chemical balance results, are sent to the property manager and must pass inspection before guests arrive. These steps are part of our commitment to offering you not just a beautiful place to stay—but a meticulously prepared one.

A fantastic cabin with beautiful views. The roads up to the mountain were steep, but worth the drive to get the view. If you have littles, we suggest baby gates since there are two steep staircases in the cabin. So much to enjoy for the whole family!

Ricky's home was the perfect location for our Dollywood/Smoky Mountains trip. Highly recommend for a family looking for a peaceful (and fun!) location. My two daughters loved the game room and my wife and I really loved the 2-tiered deck that looked out into the mountains. I highly recommend and would stay at this home again.

We stayed with another family for 4 nights at this lovely mountain top cabin. Great area, close to all the things you'd want when travelling to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge. Host was very responsive and helpful with check in. Cabin seemed well maintained and clean, had everything we needed from some games to foosball table to hot tub. Simple checkout process. Fair warning, it is at the TOP of the mountain so come prepared with the right vehicle. Lots of creaks that do come with a wooden home so if you have light sleepers, earplugs or a sound machine would be recommended. Overall a great stay!

We had an amazing stay at this place !! The cabin was spotless and beautifully designed — a perfect blend of contemporary interiors while still maintaining that cozy cabin feel. We also had a great time playing the games provided in the basement. Ricky was very responsive and easy to communicate with.. Overall, a perfect mix of comfort and charm I highly recommend this place !!

This cabin was exactly as listed and pictures. It was very clean along either side the linens and towels. I couldn’t ask for a better location. It was close to everything we wanted to do. Definitely would recommend.

Had a great time. The cabin was spotless and so homey. We loved it. We couldn’t figure out how to turn on the fireplace the first morning and sent Ricky a message. They responded immediately with instructions including a video. Wonderful host and a lovely cabin.

The Honey Bear Cabin was a beautiful place to stay. Lots of amenities for the family to enjoy. Instructions were straight forward and there was not a lot of extra chores to do at check out. We enjoyed the free mini golf, pool, hot tub, large jetted tub, the pool table, and foosball table. The upstairs loft was a great area for movie nights and fun games. There is also a faux fireplace, grill, and sauna but we did not use those during our stay. The only thing we could think of for an improvement would be newer cooking items, but there was everything you could need. We baked cookies and made our meals everyday.
