Our stay in Gatlinburg was wonderful! The place was calm, peaceful, and very clean. Everything was well maintained, and we felt comfortable and relaxed the entire time. A perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the Smoky Mountains. Highly recommend!

The unit is in a good location close to downtown Gatlinburg and Ober. Unfortunately for us the unit had what looked like a German cockroach infestation in the kitchen area and moving up to the den as well . We informed Ricky and he gave us a partial refund and scheduled a pest control appointment. We saw the pest control team coming in for the work when we checked out. The microwave wasn’t working and Ricky had acknowledged to fix it for future . Locating the property might be little tricky if you use Google maps as the actual unit is accessible through a passage behind the property signage where the map stops.

I highly recommend this cabin! Ricky was a great host! Our AC wasn’t working at first (it was due to the fault of the previous guests; the AC unit is fine) so I reached out to Ricky and he had someone come out asap and we had working AC the rest of the trip! He’s great at making sure your stay is perfect. The kitchen had plenty of appliances/pots & pans which was great for us cooking a lot. He doesn’t require any chores at checkout which was nice too. Great place to stay!

The cleaning people were late, microwave was broken, air filter dirty(someone came to change). Laundry door was off hinge, no blinds/curtains in upstairs room(hot per my children). Damage blind in master. Pressure in kitchen sink was bad. There was no conditioner or body wash. Both were listed on amenities. He has a lot to repair.

Location was perfect for seeing bears. We saw at least 8 while we were there. We had a wonderful stay. We didn’t get there until later in the evening so having more lighting would have been nice. Parking was good. The neighbors were friendly. The amenities were a plus too. My family would stay here again. Our host was very quickly to respond to questions we had and instructions on checking in and out.

This location was so nice! You could take the bypass to avoid downtown if you want or it’s just a few minutes down the hill to downtown. The space was great for 4 adults and 3 kids! We even saw a bear outside. Ricky was so helpful and proactive in ensuring we had the best weekend possible! He went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Would definitely recommend and return!

We enjoyed our stay! The apartment was cute and the perfect size for our family of 4. Ricky was very friendly and responsive. Great location!! Very easy to get to the national park and downtown Gatlinburg. Our little kiddos loved the bunk beds upstairs. Only downfall was how bright it was during bed time.

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit in der Unterkunft. Die Lage ist super, die Ausstattung war gut, besonders die Badezimmer waren sehr sauber. Ricky war freundlich und immer erreichbar. Allerdings hatten wir mehrere kaputte Glühbirnen und die Schlafzimmertür ließ sich nicht schließen, letzteres wurde auf Anfrage aber zumindest verbessert.

Location was great, beautiful setting. Place was very clean and beds were very comfortable. Needs some basic maintenance - door hinges need some attention and several burned out light bulbs… but nothing that needed immediate attention.

Ricky was extremely professional and accommodating. We had a couple issues which i felt hesitation bringing to Ricky and instead of being accused as the root of the problem to them he was extremely proactive in fixing the issue. Literally, the problem solver was standing at the door before we checked out at 10 am. It was super refreshing staying in an Airbnb where it’s clear the host takes pride in their home. I will definitely be back!

Great place to stay! We walked down the street and around the corner to the Ober Gatlinburg shuttle. Clean & just as described. Loved the bunks, bottom ones are a bit squeaky nothing that bothered my family they loved the spacious room. Would stay here again and very simple check in process.

Great place to stay, just a little small for my family. It was a last minute vacation for us, we usually plan them early in the year. I like that it had a little convenient store about 3 minutes down the road. There was even a back way to get to the bypass towards Pigeon Forge without through Gatlinburg. We had an issue with the stove needing to be rest. Ricky was very helpful and responsive about getting it figured out to we can have out Thanksgiving dinner. That’s was really the only issue we had during our stay.

We are on vacation for few days, we would like stay more days, we love it the place, the location is very near to the Galingburg downtown, and Piggeon force, and the smoky mountain national park is really beautiful, we saw bears, deer, elks,fox's. Was a very good experience. We have to return because is a lot a things to do we didn't have time. We are with my grandson he have 8 years old and he enjoy a lot. We enjoy the fireplace, I hope come back. I recommended 100%

They MUST replace matress and also the bunk beds upstairs. Bunk beds were fixed with planks which are constantly moving and also on one of the bed, there were less no. of planks which created a huge gap and when someone sleep on a matress above it, the matress was literally hanging theough a gap due to weight.. Ricky's place is for big parties so thethey must have bathrooms with doors that can be locked. None of the bathroom can be locked when we were there. we also saw stains on bedsheets and conforters so I recomrecommend that they should hire a good maintenance service. Overall, the vibe of the house and location is good except BeBed, matress, and bathrooms..

We enjoyed our stay at Ricky’s condo. Check-in was a smooth process. It was a great location for hiking in the Smokey Mountains, downtown Gatlinburg, and for fun at Ober Mountain Park. We walked to Ober Mountain from the condo to save on parking. There was plenty of bedding, seating, and dishes for our large family. Convenient washer, dryer, and dishwasher within the condo. Television has multiple streaming options. Our children felt at home with the fun bunk bed loft upstairs. We enjoyed the cabin feel with convenient access to hiking, restaurants, and dining. We would definitely return on future trips to Gatlinburg. Thank you, Ricky!
